[Resolved] Billdesk Vodafone / SBI — Money Cutting but 400 STD/Local minutes not credited | |||
Dear Sir , All foolish, How can I get the money back from my bank Vodaphone/SBI when it is already charged by your co-partner SBI BillDesk (your payment gateway) vide transaction reference number MSBI[protected]IG24362187 for mobile No [protected] (Vodaphone -Andhra Pradesh -Hyderabad ) ,when I recharfed on 5/7/2010 on morning between 10-11 AM. If the same is not your record than where it has gone ? your payment gateway BillDesk is also confirming cutting the same charge of Rs. 200 with above mentioned transaction ID.(I have statement-there it is showing the amount transferred through Bill desk) i don't know where is amount is going ,i asked customer care they told it is not showing any recharge or i asked SBI customer care they told within 48 hrs yr amount will be credit but now almost 4 days completed there is not happens anything. it is not a matter of 200 Rs. but of your working and response to your customer, totally unsatisfactory. sanjay shukla mobile-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
