My name is parvez alam, a resident of New Delhi. Sir/Ma’am i had bought a blackberry mobile phone for Rs. 16,000, model (Curve Touch-9380) from my hard earned money as company’s sales executive assured me of best in class post sales, hastle free services at its service centres across the city.
After a month later, i found that the phone get heat easily. its battery backup is so poor. i avoid this problm so many times but later i found its heating is increasing day by day and even the place gt heated where i charged or when i connect it to the laptop its shows poor responce.
Later again, i saw my phone gives current to my ears while talking. now i scared that the problems which are heating and current increases day by day.
so i gave my phone to blackberry service station at nehru place. they keep it for 18 days and return me by saying my phone is now fine. After a fmonth ago i faced the same heating problem. again visited service station and when i am saying that please replace my heanset battery they ignore my complaint by saying i have to show it..i visited 2 3 times but the staff doesnt respond. they are delaying it by saying that io can take the new battery after 1 week. now my phone has only 2 month to over its warrenty period.
They are neither behaving properly nor responding my problem. i am scaring that my phone will burst.
Please do something they are just wasting my time and money too. i am teacher in college.
Please do something .
