I had booked a packet thoruhg your courier service on 20/8/10 to be delrvred in Barilley. My courier no. is[protected]. Till 23rd evening 5.45 pm it has not reached to Barilley. Till today i.e. 25th. the packet has not been delivered and we are paying damrage on the materoals. Surprisingly your Varanasi office is JUST NOT ATTENDING TELEPHONE for the last 3 days.

Dear Sir,
Yesterday i tried to call up your branch and Jhandewalan Office then I traced the number of Andheri Branch, Mumbai and called somebody at this number [protected] he informed that Packet No[protected] has been delivered on 10th Sep to somebody in the premises but when i called up my sister, she informed that nobody came. Again i called up this number and he spoke to my sister.
From the last 7 days we are sending the person daily to your Ansari Road Branch but they never bothered to reply or tracked the packet. The number are not picked up or kept on hold for answers. I dont understand who is operating the system of rude staff.
Ultimately it was discovered that somebody from your office took the packet and it never reached there on 10th Sep but he showed the signed slip in your office.
Sir, your person never gave the gift packet to my sister's home nor he called up the number written on the packet in her absence. Sir the gift was for my neice's birthday and for Ganseh Chaturthi celebrations.
What is to done be should we file complaint in Police Station or in consumer forum. My mother the Nani(Grandmother ) had gone to specially to 4 markets to select the Dress for the 4 year old kid and there were other gift items for Ganesh Chaturthy. Your staff has spoiled the mood of two families and shaken the faith of all Publishers from Ansari Road Branch.
I hope to receive the positive reply with some efforts from your side.

same thing happened to me also as i had sent some toys along with some dresses to my brother-in-law from delhi to gujarat. but when he opened the box, it contained dresses only and the toys were stolen in between. i also tried to call'em up but nobody replies. i had also sent a mail to their director but he also never responded.
Blaze Flash Courier — Non Timeliness Delivery
This is the second time I am facing this problem where my courier is not deliverd on my time. It contains my very important medicine. I am very upset ith their service. kindly tell me the status of doct no [protected].which was sent from delhi to kohima.., on 9TH of august 2010.
I (Geeta Gupta, 2151/Sector-6A, Bokaro Steel City-827006) vide Consgnment no.[protected] dt.07/08/2010 sent an envelope to Dr. Vijay Kumar, (17, Sharda Bihar, Kerwa Dam Road, BHOPAL) but it had not been serviced & returned back on 25/09/2010.

Blaze Flash Couriers Ltd — Not getting the Security Refund of Blaze Flash Courier
Hello,We have taken the agency of Blaze Flash Couriers Ltd. on 01/12/08 in the name Travel Zone, Lucknow for which we have deposited the security amount of Rs. 20,000/- which is refundable. Now as we have closed our business and office, so we gave the request to cancel the agentship and refund of our security amount in April'2010 in the branch office of Blaze Flash Couriers.
I was told at that time by the branch manager that the amount will be refunded in maximum 20 days but now its been more than 3 months but I've not received the security refund.
Whenever I tried to contact the branch Manager of Blaze Flash in Lucknow whom I gave the request for refund he disconnects the phone and when I visits there he refuses to meet me. A couple of days back when by mistake he received my phone then he said that he cant do anything in this matter and disconnected the phone. I even tried calling the Delhi head office but the people over there also not willing to speak properly and disconnecting the phone.
Request you to pls help me in this matter as I am finding myself helpless and they are not willing to refund the security money.
