Please see that it recieve my house at the earliest for it contains important medicines which is at utmost need now. Even the delivery boy has switched off his mobile phone after I asked his Kolkata office no. so that I myself can contact with them. Please tell them to contact at my mobile no. given at the packet with my address so that they can confirm the timing of their delivery.

I was supposed to receive a very important document sent by Aviva Life insurance (Siliguri) to Darjeeling on the 12th Oct 2010 and till date despite my efforts I have not been able to get the document at all. My tracking number is[protected] and I have talked to the Area manager several times who is based in Siliguri and the travel time from Siliguri to Darjeeling is merely 3 hours. The Area Manager is one of the most unprofessional person I have come across and the Blaze Flash courier agent in Darjeeling has no clue as to what she is doing. My experience with Blaze Flash courier has been the most distasteful one
