C.N. No[protected] Booked from Delhi to Local on 11.1.2010 is not delivered till today on 15.1.2010. Complaint no dt 14.1.10 are 921 & R234.Customer care centre is verry verry irresponsible. Call them at least 100 times they may pick once i[censored] r lucky.Director Mr Sachin Aggarwal ( Mob no [protected]) attitude is also same as staff. ( yatha Raja Thatha Praja) Instead helping he asked to call the booking agent. No reply of any kind from company towards complaints, till 15.1.10 Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

One document handed over to Blazeflash Couriers (Masab Tank Branch, Hyderabad) on sunday AN (17th Jan) for Mumbai was posted on couriers web on 18th morning (7.45 AM) has not still reached (21st Jan) Worli, Mumbai. This has created a serious problem for me. Kindly improve your courier services.
