[Resolved] Blue Dart / Dell India — Laptop found open and mismatch in invoice and actual hardware in the packing | |||
I ordered one dell laptop online which reaches the blue dart warehouse on Friday 05th June and and calling them instead of delivering at my home address they were asking me to come at there place and collect, After reaching there I found that the packing was open and on matching the hardware details and serial nos with the invoice inside ,it completely differes. I denied to accept the same. I am not sure whose fault it is and whether Dell India or Blue Dart is responsible? This is really very shameful on there part and some strict action should be taken to ensure these things don't happen in future,these instances lower down our country's image in the outer world. Please anybody let me know wat best can be done in this situation as my money is already deducted. Was this information helpful? | |||
