I have purchased goods from online from the snapdeal.com on 22 apr 2012. They had supplied the material to me via BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD and give me the tracikg id by sms. and expected to received at my postal address at 26 apr 2012,but on 25 apr 2012 when i check the status on blue dart express ltd sites, the status of my consignment is,consignee out of station,which is fake.after that i had so many time talk to customer care executive of courier company.but tiil my goods not received at my home. so, i had bad expericed from online purchased. so do need full in favour of me sir,
