[Resolved] BPL TV — TV not returned after service after regular follow ups

I gave my BPL TV for servicing in the month of September to " SAI SONY SERVICE CENTRE" Panchasheel Co-op Hsg Society, Shop No. 7, Plot No. 59, Sector II, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai the engineers name is Nagesh and Raj and the same was delivered to me after repair on 7/10/09 under their receipt number 082 and they charges a sum of Rs. 2650/- as service charge.
The TV didnt work for a day and I had to complain again to them to get the same rectified. However after regular followups they didnt do anything and finally when I said to return the service charge, they came and took some part of the TV on 14th Nov saying that it needs to be replaced. However till 10 days they didnt rvt. then on followup they came and said they need to take the TV for the installation of new part and on 2nd December they took the TV and Nagesh promised to deliver it the next day.
Till date they havent returned the TV and even after regular followup I havent received the same. I told them to return the TV as it is without doing any further repairs. But then too they are reluctant to deliver the same. They keep on fooling saying that they dont have a vehicle to deliver or the TV is under observation etc, even after telling that I am going to lodge a complain against them they havent responded.
They must be doing similar things with other people also which needs to be stopped.

I would appreciate if the same could be taken up at the earliest
