[Resolved]  Bses — bses meter security

my crn no is [protected]
in previous months my meter is burnt i registered a complaint against it and it get replaced.
but i was billed with 2500 rs as security for new meter which is not my fault it all occured due to wrong installation of bses new meter kindly help me .
can i take some legal action against them
