[Resolved] BSES Delhi — Theft of electricity with the help of bses staff | |
In UTTAM VIHAR, UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELH - 110 059 one Mr. Radhey Shyam Rohella of house number RZ-119 or RZ-120 of the above mentioned locality is a habitual offender of electrity theft. Few months ago his residence was raided by the BSES, Delhi's anti theft staff members and found pilferage of electricity bypassing the electricity meter. They immediately confesticated his meter. From that day Mr. Radhey Shyam Rohella ENJOYING FREE OF COST ELECTRICITY WITHOUT PAYING A SINGLE PAISE FOR HIS CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY WITHOUT METER. EVEN HE HAS NOT PAID ANY PENALTY TILL DATE FOR HIS MISDEED. On the other hand those persons, like myself, who has been paying for the electricity consumption feel frustrated on seeing that the great thei[censored]sing electricity without paying any charges with the collaboration of some unscruplous staff of BSES, Delhi. Not only Mr. Radhey Shyam Rohella is using electricity for his domestic consumption but also for an unauthorised cowshed he has built infront of his residence, with all the basic amenities like lighting, cooler, etc. in that cowshed again without any legal, authorised electric connection. Mr. Radhey Shyam Rohella is a Government Contracter in the field of Civil Construction and one of his construction firm named as M/s Sandeep Enterprises. He has a good rapport with some of the staff members of Bindapur Police Station and may be with the BSES, Delhi staff also. WILL BSES, DELHI's Senior Staff take notice of the above complaint and take necessary legal steps to book the thief for his misdeed or this a signal to all o[censored]s to follow the foot step of Mr. Radhey Shyam Rohella for free consumption of electricity. I am staying on rent in Bhogal our land lord is having BSES power supply, since last april till this april every thing was fine meter reading every thing but this year in may we went out of station house was locked even then meter was running and we had to pay bill, not only this our meter also started running just double then before and every night voltage go very low but meter run fast .This is my quarry from you I want to know the reason .My add is- 25 church lane iind floor, Bhogal New Delhi 14.waiting for appropriate action ASAP.Thanks & regards.

His electricity bill is coming only Rs.1500/- and Rs.500/- per month. Kindly do the needful

Sir, This is the case of Nanak Chand Basti Kotla Mubarik Pur, New Delhi 110003, I would like to draw your attention that following house have a meter connection but they have some change in meter so meter show consumption of electricity if few readings. House No. C-110 GF and II F. there are running tailoring work and heavy electric press and sewing machine conterminously ruining but bill is coming very low. C-130, have a four floor but only one floor connected through electricity meter and three floor run through direct connection they are using electricity whole night.they are connect direct an evening. C-113, Shri Ramjilal the same case. and C-130 Ground Floor they have change in meter through your official Shri Rishi sharma. This practive he was doing it from the last 8 to 9 years. He is using some REMOTE for STOPPING THE ELECTRICITY METER.He does this practice in the night mostly and most of the time he remain working in the night for the whole night even if no one is at home then also most of electrical equipments(like lights, refrigerator) remain switched on for the number of days. He not only steals the ELECTRICITY but he is also stealing the WATER also from the so many years.

I am staying on rent in Kotla our land lord is having BSES power supply and the CA number is[protected], since last 4 years every thing was fine meter reading every thing but this year in may we went out of station house was locked even then meter was running and this month we get 1970 RS. Bill, It means i want to say in another word your meter is running without consuming anything. I have already told you i am out of station so how is it possible that i can consume 1970 Rs Bill. You can check my previous bill this amount is so huge comparison to my other bill .This is my quarry from you I want to know the reason .My add is- house no 13, 1 st floor kotla mayur vihar phase 1 New Delhi 91.waiting for appropriate action ASAP.
