[Resolved]  BSES Rajdhani Power Limited — DELAY OF NEW METER CONNECTION

Dear Sir,

I Naveen kumar sharma r/o D-25, Street No.7, Raj Nagar Part-II, Palam Colony New Delhi - 110 045. I have applied for a new electricity connection in BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. Door Step Service for my residence on 03rd march 2010 a ref. no. Was provided to me vide reference No. R[protected]. I have already submitted all the documents required for a new connection & also have fulfilled all the conditions required for availing a new electricity connection and what all the objections they have raised has all been settled by me. And thereafter BSES assured us that the new connection will be given to us with in 7 working days. However, 3 months have already lapsed but no connection has till now been given to me. I have ran from pillar to post but no results were come out. I have visited several times to my area concern division office at Room No. 204, Hari Nagar. still also goes in vain, Hence all these circumstances, left no option with me elas to file the present consumer complaint

Dear sir i have registerd a request for new connection R[protected] registred on 07/04/2011 no action hasbeen taken till date as i have submited all required dacumentsto the area customer care exicuitive no dimand notice in issued to me please help me as soon possible thanking u and best regards.

I Mohd Asim r/o E-465 (IIIrd Floor) left hand side, Jaitpur Extension-II, New Delhi - 110 044.
I have applied for a new electricity connection against application number ([protected]) in BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd.
I have already submitted all the required documents for a new connection
& also have fulfilled all the conditions required for availing a new electricity connection
but the request was rejected as some due was showing at my flat. When I visited to friends colony office and enquired and received the bill copy then i came to know that pending due amount was on the other flat which is just in front of me (right hand side flat). Then concerned executive of No 9 assured me for a re-visit and told me afterthat demand note will be generate and within 7 days you will get a new meter connection. Right now time has been passed and when i am enquiring my status at customer care, still status is showing rejected. Please do the needful asap

Dear Sir,

I TARA DUTT RIKHARI S/o. Sh. AMBA DUTT RIKHARI, Resistance 2645 C, Street No.67, BLOCK E II, MOLAR BAND EXTENSION, BADERPUR DELHI-110044. I have applied for a new electricity connection in BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. My application no. [protected] dated 08.04.2016 and under customer care complaint no[protected] dated 19.04.2016. I have already submitted all the documents required for a new connection & also have fulfilled all the conditions required for availing a new electricity connection and what no objections they have raised. And thereafter BSES assured us that the new connection will be given to us with in 2 weeks working days. However, 21 days have already lapsed but no connection has till now been given to me. So many times I called over phone with customer care no.[protected] but as per theirs commitment no action taken by them.

And let me know what is the correct period for a new connection.

Please take the necessary action for the same.
Your immediate action in this case will be highly appreciated.

I Madan pal lohia residence of Aya Nagar New Delhi 47 had applied for a new electricity connection on 23.07.2020. but till today there is no intimation form your dept.alredy i have submitted all relavent documents as required for a New metre connection and got order no.as
