[Resolved]  BSNL 3G — BSNL 3G service

I'm from chennai. I took a 2 new 3G connections.
* I've searched high and low for how to check the balance and validity on my new 3G prepaid data connection. I'd love to know asap.
* The lady sitting on 1503 (when I call from a land line it goes to her directly) said she had no information on 3G(postpaid, prepaid or data) & has a rude, horrible and uncouth attitude. She was the only one who was very rude so far.This happened on Dec 5-6, 2009. Whereas customer care over 1503 on my cellphone was a very professional answer although they dint find an answer to my above query, they conveyed it very courteously and declined politely. So whoever was there please I'd atleast expect professional & courteous treatment if not more. I don't have to take someone tempers & tantrums when I go for some support or help regarding their service.
* The tariff plan for data is very expensive. I'd love to see it reduced to 1 paise per MB instead of 10KB, which will be more in accordance with international rates. Come on in the information age internet is a necessary infrastructure.

BSNL customer care has become very courteous and helpful now. But there is no documentation or proper training for new technologies like 3G. After seeing BSNL improve their service by such leaps and bounds, I'd like to say kudos & congratulate BSNL.

i m from rewa(M.P.).i has activated 3G service by SMS before 6 or 7 days.& service activation charge got from my mobile balancebut 3G services are not started in my mobile.my mobile is NOKIA N70 and my mb.no. is [protected]

I have taken a BSNL 3G Prepaid Connection in chennai [protected] . Tho the sim worked for 6 months during promotional offer it fails after that on recharging and validation. I have personaly gone to BSNL office for checking the SIM. Their tech dept was unable to solve the problem, and self got a new sim renewed from BSNL. Still the problem exit. There is no solution till date. I would strongly advice that no one should go for 3G sim of BSNL on seeing Deepika ad in TV and posters unless they want to loose money.

BSNL should have ad of WHAT A HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR BSNL 3 G.
I bought BSNL 3G sim, to use internet.. but when i connect my data card with pc, i get EDGE network. which is of not 3G network. No 3G network is available. i just wasted my pocket money on such a BAKWAAAAAASSSSSSSSS network.

BSNL 3G — Bsnl 3G are not resolving my complaint

i bought a Bsnl 3G data card. And rechared it with rs. 1500 from bsnl website. The recharge was successful on 08.11.2010 . When i connect the data card to my laptop, the 1st day everything was right but one day later when i connect it shows limited services only. I gave complain on Bsnl customer care and they are not going to solve my problem. What i need to do? I live in sudama nagar E sector.
sir I am Parul from U.P {Kanpur} i have a greviance that i bought 3G connection when connected my data cable to P.C for net but it's networking is too horrible and hopeless. Though i have been befooled by advertisement ; if you could do anything please do as early as possibe. bsnl 3g user ..i am also bsnl 3g user using as data card.. i found one issue of bsnl 3g using in my laptop..i need ur mail to conform this issue..the problem is that every 1 and half hour to 2 hr of connection .. that download speed get 000 and you will not able to open a single web page..and again we have to disconnect the net and connect it to get the speed ..did any one notice this, , if yes or no ..try it once and let me know my email id is robinopt.[protected]@gmail.com. and pls give a complain about this to bsnl office i did..i[censored] do complain then they will solve this issue. I tried different type of data card and my 3g mobile also to connect laptop and tried at different places its same problem

BSNL has launched 7.2Mbps Modem and I bought it but friends I getting the speed only of 2Mbps i.e 250KBps downloading speed But...the mejor problem of APN : bsnlnet is that it automatically get Disconnectd after constant connection of downloading and i think it may about to 200MB. And when i contact to 1503 costomer care they said that this is due to Network problem... So my suggestion to all friends that if you want to buy this modem then please don't hurry to buy it let it first perfectly developed otherwise total lost of our BIG money...

This is with regardto my 3g services..Canot comment feeling very shy that they announce 3g services download speed upto 2mbps infact it is not even close the average speed i could get is 20kbps..and did a complaint on 26 nov 2010 (complaint No. 2280074) no response every time i call customer service only similar answer..sir Pls wait for 24 hours..No improvement no services what a shame, , for BSNL, , , is anyone or technical person listen to this from BSNL..AB india Banega Lightning Fast.. fast..HaHahahahaha;;;;

i recharged Rs 2000 towards mmy data card on[protected] . but it didnt get activated till now . everyday i m going to bsnl offices but they are not responding properly i dont know what to do . Is my Rs 2000 /- lost ?

I have taken the 3g device of bsnl of 7.2 mbps worth rs.2500/- before purchasing the device i had enquired wheather i will get the service or not they convinced me that 3g is available in my area and when i purchased it and plugged in,i am getting breaking signals when i am complaining regarding this no one is responding to it they convinced me that it will give speed of 2kbps in my area now it is not giving hardly 30kbps,when i am complaing again again they tell i am only 1 customer in that area they can't do anything no 1 is ready to take it serious in bsnl customer services they are not providing any proper info i am not understanding what to do now,where should i complaint?

BSNL 3G — no signal heat of city

i have purchased bsnl 3g in may 2010, there were no signal present at my residence i made complaint at least 3 times a month at various local office but there were no responce last month when i though i make acomplaint on toll free no. they told me it was my responibility why i purchased bsnl & bsnl could not help in my complaint.

BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

Dear admin, please escalate my complaint to BSNL officials. i badly need good net speeds, but unable even to surf websites with bsnl 3g.

sir i have bsnl3gdata card tri band (7.2mbps) but that is problem occures and its network changed automatic utms to edge network displayed and dissconnect automatic, and appropriate it's when i connect at a time [web page is not avalible] that erroe genrete .and very very slow speed. upto only 1.02mbps or less, and when i am surfing continusly at a time automatic link page proceed and error-the webpage is not available. crate error

My Name is Abhishek .When i bought the BSNL 3G card it worked fine for a month then they gave an offer & asked me to recharge for 4200 for 6 months Unlimited Tarif since then the 3G service has become worse then the Dial up connection the Max connection that i get is 32Kpbs on a 3G wherein they Promise that we get upto 3.6 Mpbs . i tried getting in touch with Customer Care & they are so Rude they dont care for customer & they Kept Hugging up on me . i am fed & wondering what to do .
