[Resolved]  BSNL 3G — BSNL 3G service

I'm from chennai. I took a 2 new 3G connections.
* I've searched high and low for how to check the balance and validity on my new 3G prepaid data connection. I'd love to know asap.
* The lady sitting on 1503 (when I call from a land line it goes to her directly) said she had no information on 3G(postpaid, prepaid or data) & has a rude, horrible and uncouth attitude. She was the only one who was very rude so far.This happened on Dec 5-6, 2009. Whereas customer care over 1503 on my cellphone was a very professional answer although they dint find an answer to my above query, they conveyed it very courteously and declined politely. So whoever was there please I'd atleast expect professional & courteous treatment if not more. I don't have to take someone tempers & tantrums when I go for some support or help regarding their service.
* The tariff plan for data is very expensive. I'd love to see it reduced to 1 paise per MB instead of 10KB, which will be more in accordance with international rates. Come on in the information age internet is a necessary infrastructure.

BSNL customer care has become very courteous and helpful now. But there is no documentation or proper training for new technologies like 3G. After seeing BSNL improve their service by such leaps and bounds, I'd like to say kudos & congratulate BSNL.

My name is Mukesh Raja J.my 3G BSNL Data card (No. [protected] and IMEI : [protected]).The download speed is 0.4 Mbps. I am staying in Navalur, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Chennai. Please do the needful.
First of all Please dont release your product before doing Testing, Just now I .logged in my system and click on Connect then immediately i click Disconnected, then again i try to connect BSNL 3g i got the Error "The PPP link was terminated, " i was shocked because i recharged only 4 days before and i use my net rarely, then i found the issue that BSNL 3g Software has an Blocking Issue..so that to confirm my bsnl3g balance i ringed to my mobile no from PC, i got an IVR informing my balance is - minus 10 paise to make a call, please recharge your account:

Action: I just reinstalled my Bsnl3g application after that i click on connect then my pc gets connected.what a poor quality product, if i think that i need to recharge then this balance usage not get added,

another issue. I couldnt able to browse quickly per page loads more than 30 seconds, Worst performance, i dont like this product, followers dont buy this product it not works well.

bsnl 3g network have been failed about 10 days. the subscriber have very trouble that their period of velidity expired without use of network.now the bsnl 3g subscriber have to problem.so kindly solve the problem.

My Name rafiq ahammad i am residing at Santosh nagar Hyderabad .last week i bought the BSNL 3G card ( Sim No:[protected]) right from day 1 the Max speed that i get is 15Kpbs on a 3G wherein they Promise that we get upto 3.6 Mpbs, with this i am not even able to open any web page . on contacting BSNL authorities they have given a No:[protected] which is always busy. . i am fed & wondering what to do .

My name is vijaya, i have purchased 3G GSM data card on 1 feb 2013 till date my data card not activated after repeated phone cal to customer care. i was also given complaint numbers IB[protected] and B[protected] and which was not resolved till date. further i have received message from customer care that my problem has been resolved which is absolutely in correct. I have re-charged my BSNL 3g with Rs.450/- a week before. Still No internet connection.

I am axay from ahmedabad(area Vasna). I have purchased the 3G data card of 7.2 mbps( speed from last one year, i never get the speed more that 50 kbps. I compalined in written to regional office and also on cutomer care. Now on 5- 6 august again complain about the low speed on call sentre, they said to solve in 48 hrs, till today 12 august nobody called me to solve the problem. I am trying from 9august to 12 august on number 1503 all time I got the busy message tone, I have 3GB data on my card and itexpire on 17 august, from one month I am not able to use my data, nobody is picking the phone at call centre. whaere to go, what to do? help me,

BSNL — New 3g connection

Today I have applied for new 3 G bsnl sim. I have complete documents issued by Govt but bsnl staff asked for the round stamp of Govt on my documents. I dont understand why they cant issue a sim and how can i get round stamp of gov on my personal id proofs as these are already issued by gov..
i am using a prepaid 2g data from BSNL sim card . Last time i recharged with Rs 302 /- for 90 days. Now it was over 5 days back. Now it is not possible for the same since the 2G scheme converted into 3 G scheme and the rate increased. But for the past 10 days the network was giving more interruptions during the operations. Now i recharged with Rs149/- and using but got the same trouble ie frequent disconnections. why

Its two weeks from now that i have purchased a BSNL 3g Prepaid sim card, no.[protected], in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. Its not activated yet. So many times i have called on the number, that is given by the sim provider for activating the sim i.e. 1507, but its no replt from that side. So i request you to please help me.. THANKS
