Initially when I used this the speed was very good and I was quite impressed. But nowadays it is pathetic. Even with full signal and connection - the speed is very slow and sometimes once I access a page everything slows down. I need to reconnect or relogin. And this too does not work always.BSNL 3g data card is not giving the speed which they specified but it gives maximum up to 230 or 256 kbps insted of 3.6 mbps. I observed that it disconnect after some time is correct. some time it gives speed to 0 kbps, 3 kbps, 43 kbps, 1 kbps, this is the fluctuation in speed.

My name is charandeep.i bought bsnl 3g card 7.2mbps and it worked for 2 days.After that I am getting download speed of 15kbps instead of 7.2mbps.Before selling this card to me they checked the feasibility of card at my home.I got max. speed of 250 kbps for fraction of second.This is the worst service in this world. my no. is [protected].

My name is karthik varma from hyderabad, i bought bsnl 3g 7.2mbps datacard in dec 2010 and opted for 6months unlimited plan.
From the past 10days my dwnld speed is drpped to 100-150kbps which was previously 350-500kbps.
Can any one suggest any procedure so that i might retain previous speeds..

BSNL 3G — speed down from last 20 days

sir , i'm using BSNL 3G prepaid but now i saw the speed is limited to 110kbps but at the time of purchage the 3G USIM deler said you will get 3.1mbps but last 20 days i'm suffering while i'm using 200 plan. please help me to restore this problem.mob no-[protected]

This is Pranoy Sinha (pranoy.[protected]@gmail.com) from Khardah, kolkata -700116, a web developer by profession. My PC is running with WIN XP with SP2. I have purchased a BSNL 3G SIM Card with Teracom data card - model no: LW273 (having speed 7.2 mbps mentioned in the device) on 30/5/2011 from a BSNL exchange here in Barrackpore, 24Pgs(N), West Bengal.

Till today (20/8/2011) i am not really getting good service from the provider. Its really frustating using this device. I have called customer care several times - informing them the problem i faced. The details of the Problems are mentioned below:

1. Its not steadily connected - often it disconnects automatically - making you worried all the time. You will neither get peace working in your computer nor get proper speed as they mentioned about upto 7.2 MBPS

2. I have checked the Internet speed using many website like http://www.speedtest.net/ and http://us.mcafee.com/root/speedometer/default.asp. But i have not received that speed that they have assured me during i purchased this. A simple lier they are. This is just to humiliate people and playing dirty games with our hard earned money.

3. I have informed many times to CC by calling them - each time they assured me that the problem will be rectified but no result. Each time these so called trained (basicllay illiterrate with NO Technical Knowledge as yet) assured me that they would pass my case to his senior level and they will get back to me after some time. Please look below how many times i have contacted them - i also mentioned Executive name too with docket number. I have forgot the first docket number as it was made about 2.5 months ago.

Conclusion: As on today i am getting the Error: The PPP link Control was terminated. I have informed them But no result. I don't know how many times i need to contact them to get this problem resolved.

Suggestion: Pls don't make us Panic. Our money is hard earned and for this reason we need appropriate service as we are paying for this. Hope authority will look into this asap.

BSNL — Wrong Deduction Of data usage of BSNL 3G

I have a BSNL 3G data card and I am using it since last 6 months. On 7th August I recharged it by 606/- data plan which gives 6gb data usage. From that I 1gb can be used on day time and 5gb can be at night time.I used about 600Mb data out of it till 18 August 2011. on 19th August I lost all the data usage due to some technical error in BSNL. Now I am complainting to the company customer care but no one is responding me properly and I am not getting my lost data back in my account.I have validity of 1 month only for using this data and I lost almost one week out of it. So for that I am complaining here against BSNL.

BSNL 3G services — Network and not working 3g

I am living in malegaon city that is away from nasik around 100 KM. In this city some area having 3g network Problem that area i mention you
Apna Super Market Old agra Road Near New Bus Station.
Having Problem When 3g Network is very strong in that case disconnection with in 10 to 15 minute and when some time Strength Problem.
So kindly request to sir please solve this problem as early as possible because we are facing that problem around 4 to 5th month.
