[Resolved]  BSNL broadband usage details — not getting usage details

I cant get my user details. I am even unable to open the window. Please do send me the details. My bb telephone number is[protected].

i cannot view my broadband usage since last two weeks

i don't check my bsnl broadband usage past 6 or 7 days.The bbservice.bsnl.in doesn't open properly as before.

it has been more than 20 days i am not able to check my usage of internet. i am using BSNL broadband since last 2.5 yrs. There was never such a complaint. As soon as I click on check ur usage account a blank page appears. There are so many complaints i have come across regarding this from other people also. A proper action should be taken for improvement.

i want to know about my usage of internet but when i open the site www.dataone .in it goes upto 'view usage ' and then site stops further i could not know till now about my usage

I have registered for broadband services since 5 months, but i never get my usage details on the BSNL portal; although i can login myself but can not get the details.

i can't usage of my broadband and there no option to see so pls do something

have not been able to view my broadband usage details for the past 2 weeks since the window:bbservices.bsnl.in. is not opening..

I am getting wrong usage details for previous month!...I was able 2 see usage of 21st July from 18th july...its huge...bsnl sucks

I am facing the same problem that i am not able to check my broad band usage record. Its is impossible to open the bbservice. dont know why they have crated it. its really very disgusting that such a big communication provider has such a worst services.. why dont they improve it and make it more convient for users.

wht the service do u ppl u provide from last 2 months i am unable to see my account usage of my broad band will u rectify it or shall i move to higher official bye...!

I couldn't check my broad band usage details
Though i typed my portal id and password correctly, i'm getting as an invalid id and password.
I am facing this problem since 7 months.
please take suitable action against it.service facility is very poor and the service providers not behaves in good manner.

I got broadband connection on 17 april 2008.That time bsnl
offered free unlimited use for 15 days.But today means on
21 augast they send me the bill of that 15 days uses .When i comlain it to officers they asked me that bsnl didn't not offer
this type of plan for You. now i feel cheat.does anyone can help me about this problem.

I tried to check detail on dataone.in but after clicking on usage detail portal i am even not getting the window asking for portal id and pasword earlier before 10 days it was running well but now a days i am hurry to check my usage nedd urgently.
I will be thankful for your better answer
