[Resolved]  BSNL — i can't find my usage records

ione month i took broad band connection to bsnl lalsot dist.dausa {raj} but still broadband is not working on my computer. i have complaint many time but no body is replying to me at local office.

cant check broad band account plz tell how to check

I can't Access my BroadBand Usage Details.When I am Entering A site And Enter Username And Password.Reply Answer Is Invalid Username And Password.1 Month Ago I Can Access Usage Details.He Can Show Me...Please Solve This Problem As Soon As.

i am not able to see my usage records in www.data.bsnl.in. or http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ this web page was not opening. i have the 14 digit username.
so, please kindly seek this problem out.

I have tried a lot to view my usage but in vain.Y dont these bsnl guys do somethng substantial to solve our usage associated problems.This is getting too much now.I cant view my usage, no matter how hard i try

Inspite of my repeated attempts to access to usage account(Broadband) for the past 15 days, I couldn't get it. It is very much disappointing and frustrating me. It's not at all a secret and revealing to any one won't harm anybody. So make it simple to know about their usage. This hardship is being experienced by almost one and all. For doing this alone, one has to pay more amount. Hearing such difficulties and more cost, an average man like me always hesitant to get internet connection. Pl.find a solution for this and satisfy the customers like me at the earliest. Thanking you, I remain

I can't find the reason why my usage cannot be viewed. Everytime
I see, "Invalid user name or password, please try again". Inspite of repeated attempts I failed to view my usage. As per instruction
given below in red letters, "preference"could not be traced in Edit at taskbar. Please help.

i was a long term customer o[censored]rs and recently i was into broad band services also. more often i cant able to acess the broadband services bcoz always it was showing error in connection and was not connecting. i was a business man witnh a lot of net transaction. pls do the necessary proceedings and solve my problem imediately. my phone no

I am not able to see my usage records in www.data.bsnl.in or bbservice.bsnl.in.these web pages are being opened, but after entering portal id & password, it shows 'Usage Details are not available due to regular maintenance activity.Inconvenience caused is regretted.'
when i went to bsnl office it was opened in 30 seconds and technician showed me my record.And when i tried it at home.it is not be opened!so, please kindly seek this problem out. and replay as early as possible.

usage details are not available due to regular maintanance activity inconvinence is regretted

I am not able to check my usage briskly for 2 -4 days and the other problem i m facing is that i m shocked to see that on 3rd june 2008, at 12:30 a.m it showed tht the usage is 45 MB and aftr a couple of minutes on the same account records, it showed 92 MB.Please check ur records and rectify it to avoid disconnection of the line
