[Resolved]  BSNL — i can't find my usage records

I am unable to see usage record in www.data.bsnl.in Blank page appears when ever I am trying to open it. Pl take necessary action to resolve the problem

Inspite of my repeated attempts to access to usage account(Broadband) for the past 4 days, I couldn't get it. It is very much disappointing and frustrating me. It's not at all a secret and revealing to any one won't harm anybody. So make it simple to know about their usage. This hardship is being experienced by almost one and all. For doing this alone, one has to pay more amount. Hearing such difficulties and more cost, an average man like me always hesitant to get internet connection. Pl.find a solution for this and satisfy the customers like me at the earliest. Thanking you, I remain

i can't see my bsnl broad band usages .so please do needful.

I can't find my BSNL Broadband data usages records.

Iam not able to see Postpaid Data Usages record (for bsnl broadbant) in BSNL portal site.
Pl take necessary action to resolve the problem.

yes I am also facing same problem while I try to change my Dataone Broadband Password using Dataone Administraion in Dataone Portal. What to do? Pl. guide me sir.

my usage check

BSNL — can't get a new connection

Sir,
As I applied for a new WLL phone connection and also speed internet on 18th June 2010 at Vaniyanbadi Exchange. Till now they are not give connection. When ever I called to the customer care officer of that Exchange they says " we dont have the software to enter the data of yours.. so wait for 2 or 3 days". Its not one time, through out a month they said like that only. Whenever I'm going to ask for that and they replied the same are usual.
so sir please do some action regard this.... my details are given below...

i had problem with my connection, there is no sign of signal all the light in modem are working properly but when ever i open the page it shows server problem or it will load and stop and says no signal... it was problem for past 2 months ... i paid the bill regularly, and tried to check my account details regarding bill and usage... i cannot find details for nothing ...i am in unlimited plan 750 combo ... but there is no speed and no signal... what i have to do.. please help me.. i never come across such thing...this was the first time my connection is not working, my account is not working...help me ...with the best resulting answer...

my phone number [protected] is dead from 4/8/2011. Plz check it. hurry up.
