[Resolved]  BSNL — i can't find my usage records

i am also not able to know about my broadband usage records

I am not able to see my usage records in (bbservice.bsnl.in) this web page was not opening.
so, please kindly seek this problem out. and replay as early as possible.

Inspite of my repeated attempts to access to usage account(Broadband) for the past 4 days, I couldn't get it. It is very much disappointing and frustrating me. It's not at all a secret and revealing to any one won't harm anybody. So make it simple to know about their usage. This hardship is being experienced by almost one and all. For doing this alone, one has to pay more amount. Hearing such difficulties and more cost, an average man like me always hesitant to get internet connection. Pl.find a solution for this and satisfy the customers like me at the earliest. Thanking you, I remain

bbservice is uselees

Sir, I couldn't check my broadband usage accounts for last few months. Everytime I am trying to login bbservices.in it shows invalid id/password. Please suggest an earliest solution.

I am unable to view BB usage.It is showing "Internal Error has occured !!Try again later".It appears nobody is interested to listen
consumers' problem. I am really frusted.

BSNL — i cant use my account usage

i ma using a home plan 299 it may create a problem for me that i am unable to use a "check account usage " page to check whether i have crossed my limit or not. but my bsnl account is working and i cant check my internet usage

I feel it is so cheating with me that i have not used the net so many time but a message came to my bsnl.in account that " u have crossed the free limit." I am not getting my usage detail through bbservice.bsnl.in site. it doesnot opend atall.How can it will possibel not to open the site bbservice.bsnl.in?

regreted to inform that billing for b.b.dataone is done wrongly. usage site not available .only try and try-but no result.we are fedup of searching usage site.give customers some justice.

i have shifted my residence. my old telephone no. is [protected].new telephone no. is 23150278. when i am accessing bbservice.bsnl.in i am not able to view usage details. my old telephone no. is desplayed on the top of the web page
