[Resolved]  BSNL — Landline not working

My land line No[protected] is dead and about one week has been passed but not get solution. plz do the needful.

We have compplaiend to BSNL on trwo occassiosn and we had a senior person ( elderly ) come to our residence to look into the issues faced by us. our tele No[protected] had probelems in receiving incoming calls. After the complaint, the phoen has comletely gone dead. But one thing is sure that BSNLO would not ehsitate to send us with the Bill as per their normalk process even if a single call could not be made. This is worst possible service available in the market when there are so many players to provide service and since no one really bothers if Govt is making money or not as long as they get their salaries on time.

I am resident of old bowenpally (samthanagar colony) my landline[protected]is nt working since last[protected] instead of several compliants in 198 telephone line i have not yet recived any response form the respected persons . please clear the problem as soon possible .

Our landline is not working since last wk

I have landline connection with broadband. My land line connection has not been working for about 1 year. Whenever I complaint the linemen comes and checkes the line and finds there is humming in the line. They tells me to make it alright in 2 days time. But it never repaired. Previously we were getting very faint calls with full of humming, but now that also has gone. The phone is almost dead. But we are getting internet connection without any problem. I am paying monthly rent for the line without any use. Kindly look into this as quick as possible. My telephone number is 24767250.

I am Seeni Rahmathullah, complainining that my telephone is not working since one month. My wife has been complaining many more times, but no response. I am in Dubai, I could not contact my childrens and family members. My Children examination is started, I am unable to give advise to my children through telephone to well preparation of annual exam.

My BSNL landline nummber[protected] is not working for the last 2 days. Morevoer, it is giving trouble for the last six months and remain dead most of the times.

If this is the quality of services, I forced to think to switch to some other telecom operator rather stick to BSNL and enjoying troubles all the time.

I wish to inform you that my telephone[protected] is not working for the last 15 days. I lodged the complaint in 198. Some times it automaticaaly connects and most of the time there is no dial tone. Kindly try to restore

My Telephone n0/ is[protected]. which is dead from last one month.My copmlain no0- is khb-51028.but without fault reapiar it has been removed from coplain list.so i have looggedcomplain, which n0 is - mw-79201.
due to irresponsible attitude of BSNL i am suffering form mental distress.

BSNL Landline — landline not working inspite of several complaint

at present i am using two numbers of bsnl landline.The numbers are[protected],225454.incoming of both the numbers is not working since last ten days.i hav given lots of complaints but still the problem is not yet solved.There is also lots of distruction noise for outgoing calls.Kindly cosnider my complaint and help me so that we can have faith on indian consumer complaints forum.

Sub: Phone number [protected] Non Operational Since last Seven months.
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that my Landline phone number 2775209 is not working since last seven odd months.
Last time, I complained to your office and the phone worked alright for some days and again it became inoperative.
This is a matter of great regret that despite various follow-ups at local Exchange level, there is no action.
On enquiring at the level of SDO office, it was intimated that wiring is being disconnected by somebody in Multistory building. I suggested to put the wiring in conduit, or keep the junction box locked But there is no Action still.
I would request you to enquire the case and confirm me whether this phone can work or not. If It can work, please advise your officials to ensure its proper wiring & working, else please get the phone disconnected and refund my money, paid in form of security & Other amounts paid till date.
As of Now, All money paid in its bill and security is a wasteful expense for me, and I am not interested to make follow ups and beg to your supervisors and Line men on daily basis for keeping the phone working.
I Had a very Great Image of BSNL When I applied for this line , BUT, It’s a very shameful situation, which I am facing with BSNL. I am so afraid, that I have even locked the local calls by Code.
I trust you shall immediately give me the solution by getting my Telephone Line corrected and by doing the Conduiting of Telephone Wire Till My Floor , so that the possibility of any Wire cutting and Misuse at any place is avoided.
Also I would request you to waive the bill amount if any, for this period, as the phone was literally NOT USED AT ALL.
