BSNL — Landline number is not working

We have a problem with our BSNL land line number::[protected] since 5 days

We tried to post a complaint ot nearby telephone department of BSNL .But of no use.

Kindly respond to this email and clear the connection

Dear Sir,
I live in Evershine City, vasai (East) EC 23 A/101, My landline No 2460594 , is not working again. I spoke to the linesman Mr Natekar; he came repaired and charged Rs 50/- However there is no outgoing calls. I wonder whetehr this is a money making racket; happens to all pople all the time. Earlier I had made a similar complaint on this forum and my phone was reconnected within 24 hours. May I request yout o do the needful

our landline has not been working for the past two months. Even if a complaint is made no response. If you ask them about the status or why the issue has not been resolved, they respond is a very pathetic and crappy manner. Moreover our calls are hung up without notice. When asked to transfer the call to the manager, they actually said "I will not. What will you do?" Very much disappointed with the service and the assistance operators. Paying the bill for two months without any service!!

Iam valasalamma my landphone no[protected] is not working for last 30 days, i have made complaint about it 3 4 times by phone & directely going to exchange but i got no proper responce. what shall i do please help

this is to infrom that after almost 20 days of follow up, land line number[protected] is not working. you are once again requested to take immediate action to restore my service.

MY LANDLINE NO IS[protected] IT IS NOT WORKING SINCE ONE YEAR.AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINS THE LOCAL OPERATER COMES AND HIS REPAIR LASTS 1/2 DAYS. THATS WHY I HAVE STOPED PAYING THE BILLS.I WANT A PERMANENT SOLLUTION OF THE PROBLEM. OTHERWISE PLEASE DISCONNECT MY PHONE. IWILL BE GRATEFULL..

The landline telephone connection No.[protected] is not working for the last 6-7 months. Complaints made to the authorities so many time but they are not giving proper service. Despite making payments to the regular bills, the authorities concerned are least bothered to get the repair done to our satisfaction. Highly irresponsible way of dealing by the concerned officials.
Please help me to get the connection restored at the earliest.

as the same time.But no action taken against my complaint.so i complaint through 198 on

10/04/2012.my complaint no id:[protected].but still no action taken against my complaint.so

please take initiativ to solve my problm at the earliest.

BSNL Landline — Not working since three months

Dear sir,
In last 90 days onwards my landline and broadband not working , since I made a complaint through sms / automatic complaint booking .
My bsnl complaint id is [protected].

my landline phone no.[protected] not working from 14/06/2012

my landline doesn't work properly so please repair my landline as soon as possible.
