[Resolved]  BSNL — Landline not working

i call three times as my phone is dead
4th time i told to cut my connection and they just say yes u give one alpplication
they even didnt ask why
its poor attitude

my tel.no-263130 i paid this amount of bill rs.540.00 still my landline is not working pls start my landline i having problem without phone

I having phone nos 27411048, 27414393, 27414512 in pimpri area ( previous nos respectively 27452048, 27453493,[protected] are totally not working since 21/12/2009 the complain nos are[protected] dated 21/12/2009 009322 ,[protected] dated 21/12/2009 003920) This problem of my phone landline not working exists 10 days in a month averagely four to five months in a year the lines are dead. Your staff is not ready to take any written application for the line that are not working , i always get a answer that there in no authorised person to take the application , they are on leave please contact higher authority....... because of this problem i will have to shift to some private operater because of the service. My grandfather used to use this no ........................

I'm D.Ramesh .My landline no is[protected] and my consumer no is [protected] .This is for the 3rd time i'm doing this repair in the past two months.I'll complaint to the local exchange about a fault and they will register the complaint and after one month it'll go as fault again.My address is No.10.Lloyds road,triplicane,chennai-5.Please tell the service providers to detect the entire thing and make the repair in order to avoid the future landline failure in a very short span of time.

my BSNL landline no is[protected]. there is so much noice and disturbunce in the phone. I had personally went there at agashi bsnl office for my phone problem. but no responce received from BSNL side.

BSNL (WORST SERVICE EVER in telecommunication BY SHIRDI BSNL EXCHANGE)

my landline nob. is not working since 6-7 days and i have complained at shirdi bsnl exchange but they solves problem only for maximum 2-3 HOURS after that it goes again in "JUST TO SHOW" condition.

AND THIS IS 5-6'th time i am complaining.. and they gives foolish answers like only ur phone has problem... and it is not working from ahmadnagar office.. we cant do anything..

Inspite of repeated calls from 6/7/2010 our one number[protected] is still not working and on 2/08/2010 our second number[protected] too stopped working and now its about 24 Hrs of logging the complaint still the phone is not working.


Is this the service expected from BSNL.

Our BSNL landline[protected] is dead for the last 1month. And there is no proper response from the officers whenever i given complain to 198.Exchange people tell to us is line problem will come and repair it.But no body will come and no repair.
I hate BSNL people!...and my exchange phone is[protected] no body lift this phone.i don't know why people establish exchange for this phone

Landline not working properly for the past 6 months. When contacted they say it has been dug for drainage and so it is not working. But for others in out colony it is working. Whenever we are complaining for 2 days it works. After that there is no connection as usual. We are using bsnl for past 14 yrs. Because of the service they are providing now , feeling like disconnecting the service.

I am a subscriber of BSNL landline[protected] in Perumbavoor exchange. most of the time, my phone isn’t working. I have complained many times in the exchange but they have no response. so i humbly request you to enquire and take necessary action.
