Sir,
My mobile number is [protected]. I have been charged Rs.10 for MASALA JOKE service that i have not even subscribed.I have sent many messages to unsubscribe this service but message can not be sent. I have also called customer care but call was not possible. So i request you to stop this service and refund my 10 rupees.

sir i want to say that by fault i have subscribed a service of krishna of the day on mobile provided by wap.mauj.com on bsnl mobile. I want to unsubscribe it but not getting the proper response by customer care. Kindly unsubscribe it. Thank you sir.

I also have the same problem. They have renewed my services without my consent. I recieved a message from[protected] stating that " Thanks for using our Cricket service. Your services has been renewed for the next 30 days. Rs.20 charged."

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am using bsnl 3g card for internet purpose. I used to recharge with Rs. 400/- and using 1GB per month.but in last week I have done recharge of Rs. 450/- having usage of 2.5GB for 30 days. After availing this recharg facility i felt that the speed of interent is very slow as compared to earlier. I have called in customer care to solve my problem but nobody is responding to my answer properly & giving me excuses.Dear Sir/Madam is there any solution for the same as i am really facing a problem as internet is not supporting the speed which i want to complet my work.

        I have bSNL Broadband home plan 250. I make advance annual payments in January every year. For last few months I'm having severe problem in accessing the internet. even after repeated complaints the problem is continuing. I can access the nET for a few minutes at a stretch then it goes offline. And at times it becomes available sometime later but most of thwe time it is not available for that day at all. The modem has been checked by the company and it is found to be in order. they are now not taking any interest and I'm feeling extremely frustrated! My phone no is [protected].

          i have an bsnl mobile prepaid connection [protected] this is andhrapradesh number i am using it in roaming. i am unable to deliver the messages from this number to any airtel number and balance is deducted from my account without delivering the message. i tried to contact the customer care of bsnl but they r not responding and blaming my handset and ask to contact customer care of andhra how can i contact them when i am in roaming. i have checked everything and it is the mobile operator issue not the issue with my handset. please help me out with this.

            i got msg from "[protected]" on 4/5/2012&4/6/2012 as "thanks for subcribing video bar" and rs30+30=60 deducted automatically without my permission .though, i have send msg to unsubcribe the service.when i complained to customer cell &k.k.nagar exchange they gave the no as my complaint no;F06ch348399&F07352098 and informed me the msg will be sent to concern dept but they can't do any thing reg refund because it is done by somebody whose is not under their control or area.I have lost Rs60+6(for sms to un subcribe). they say only CGM orGM of bsnl can do something for refund!!. this kind o[censored]nauthorised money deduction amount to stealing our money?!!.FOR THE SEVICE NOT ASKED AND NOT USED HOW CAN A DEPARTMENT TAKE OUR MONEY ?.

                i have BSNL cellone number [protected] . Without my knowledge the dailer tone option was activated and Rs 30 getting deducted from my prepaed balance. for this to talk to the customer care of the bsnl I have been trying to speak with them on their custormer care num [protected] but the number is not existing for many days. i gone thru the bsnl website to lodge a complant but there i did not find any way to approach the concerned persons. i really shocked to see their contact us, complaint booking, reach us options are useless and none of them are working properly. All the concerned officers regarding customer care of the bsnl are not approchble and gone into hidden state. It is very pathetic to have the bsnl number as i did a big crime in my previous janam. i request the concerned department in the bsnl look into my problme and give me a solution of deactivating my dialer tone. i have a sympathy on the government agencies so that im still wish to continue with BSNL so BSNL dont test our patience with ur careless and irresoponsible attitude. i[censored] do like this, soon the BSNL will disappear as defacto..

                  Sir/Madam,

                  This is to inform you that I’m the customer of BSNL Landline and Broadband service having Landline Number – 28452985, Customer ID – [protected] and Account number – [protected]. I have raised complaints so many times as internet is out of service and also for noisy landline, but no action has been taken so far. I’m providing you the complaint / docket numbers that I raised.

                  Even though I raise complaints, the complaints are closed automatically without any action. I really wonder how technician can close the complaint without resolving the issue. Technicians always expect some bribes , if we don’t offer them any money they won’t work on the complaints and this scenario is very normal in the case of BSNL. I’m providing you such number to you whose name is Mr Thimmiah and his mobile number is +91 [protected]. He’s an in-charge at Whitefield exchange and very famous for asking money. I can also provide other customer’s feedback on the same.
                  Therefore I’ll cancel my BSNL connection for worst experience and inform you hoping that the necessary action will be taken. I won’t be surprised if I don’t get any response from your end as well as I know BSNL people work in similar fashion as experienced.

                  BSNL — No action taken for the complaint

                  Hi,

                  I got the telephone after four months and after one week i went to office to take Modem.
                  I gave 200 rupees to issue the modem.
                  I applied complain for changing internet plan on July 19, 2008 but still its not done. Still old internet plan
                  is showing in bsnl office.

                  My complain no is 19070192.
                  Today when i talked with toll free no 1500 number, bsnl office issued new complain no 5080019
                  for the same problem.
                  I think i will be getting new complain no for the same problem every month as per bsnl Toll free no 1500.
                  This is our india bsnl office.

                  Portal ID and Password was not provided by BSNL office. I can not check the internet usage.
                  When i tried to contact bsnl office, no body knows about it simple office employee tells
                  that you will receive mails automatically .
                  Everyday i check mail that one day i will be receiving Portal ID and password.

                  I think BSNL office should be closed as soon as possible. No use of BSNL office.
                  Telecom minister should take action against BSNL work style.

                  The worst and most unscrupulous organisation ever experienced by me...to utter shame the BSNL staff ask for money to get your line repaired. So far I have not got back the security deposit of 2 landlines inspite of doing all the formalities. I donate that money for the welfare of the organisation...

I have been trying to recharge my no with Rs.28 booster pack(on net Re 1/3mins & off net Re 1.20/3mins) from 10/7/2011 onwards. Still now i could not recharge my number with Rs 28 booster pack.I have enquired in bsnl custermer care callcenter,whether Rs 28 booster is applicable to my number and they assured me that absolutely appicable.Regarding this i have been making complaints at the bsnl custemer care but still now no action has been taken from bsnl. still now also i could not recharge my number with Rs 28 booster. kindly atleast now take the necessary steps to resolve the problem

                      This is with reference to my landline no[protected]. The phone is not working since the last 2 weeks. I have complained a no of times and have even visited the telephone exchange in Siolim and yet no action is taken. When I visited the telephone exchange around 10 days ago, they tell me that the concerned person has met with an accident. If this is the level of service, what is the use of this telephone exchange. Is BSNL a money minting racket for the government. I am sure in case, a person defaults on the monthly bill, the authorities will make that person suffer by disconnecting the telephone line. But what option does a person have when a phone is dead and un-usable and the authorities just do not care a bit. I live in a remote location called Maina-Sodiem and the mobile signals are very poor and that's the reason my parents have to depend on the landline. However, we are not benefitting at all from this phone. How much time does it take for a phone to be repaired. BSNL is nothing but a scam

                      To The manager im Mr aboobacker.pm sir i already made a complint to repire the faulty land line phone [protected], but unfortunatly no body even inquire about the faulty land line phone . and i also have complinted to this number [protected], and [protected] manjeswer exchange office which is in Kasaragod District, sir i hope u would take my requvest seriously, it is now all most 25 days that we are taking trouble without phone, im compaining u from abroad . thank u very much sir .

                      I RENJITH S NAIR working in CRPF since last 10 years and now present at NAGPUR, MAHARASHTRA and my aged father and mother living in kerala.
                      Now i have facing a big problem that our land line bearing no.[protected] not working properly due to low range . My parents are not able to go bsnl office at regular intervals .
                      So i request that please be install a new land line which having with wire through telephone post instead of wireless phone because the new model land phone (without wire) have not to get proper range in my house area.
                      Hence it is therefore again i requested that may kindly be issue/install a new land line connection through telephone post, in view of my risky service for our nation as a soldier for contacting my parents
                      If you are not able to install the same, may please be withdraw the phone permanently which was presently installed in my home

                      Phone is not working
                      This is with reference to my landline no [protected]. The phone is not working since the last 2 weeks. I have complained a no of times and have even visited the telephone exchange in Siolim and yet no action is taken. When I visited the telephone exchange around 10 days ago, they tell me that the concerned person has met with an accident. If this is the level of service, what is the use of this telephone exchange. Is BSNL a money minting racket for the government. I am sure in case, a person defaults on the monthly bill, the authorities will make that person suffer by disconnecting the telephone line. But what option does a person have when a phone is dead and un-usable and the authorities just do not care a bit. I live in a remote location called Maina-Sodiem and the mobile signals are very poor and that's the reason my parents have to depend on the landline. However, we are not benefitting at all from this phone. How much time does it take for a phone to be repaired. BSNL is nothing but a scam

                        I want to tell you that BSNL provides Krishi Cards thats a realyy great initiative..
                        But as we farmers are not very tech savvy we are not using most of the quota..
                        But in some month we require more messages if we want to send invites etc,...
                        So for few months i use messaging..otherwise all my 400sms per month are wasted and also many minutes are wasted as i am paying for the service evry month i should be able to use the remaining minutes or GPRs data when i need it in next months..
                        So i want BSN
                        L should carry forward the remaining data and sms to next month as i never fail to pay monthly charge..so if i am paying 110Rs per month without failing why should my data and sms are gone after a month..they should be acrried forward..

                          BSNL — extra billing

                          I am using bsnl-broadband's unlimited internet service.which has maximum billing of 800 but i have been charged 1808 rupee
                          If, the Department is unable to provide the service to the subscriber. the rental charges should not be charged to the subscriber.

                          BSNL HIMACHAL PRADESH — Extra billing

                          I have BSNL CUG post plane([protected]).BSNL has started some service(tv service on mobile) without my knowledge and consents. They are charging me Rs 150 pm, whereas I am not using any service. i have made many request to them but they did not take any action and till date I am paying extra bill.

                                I have recharged my phone for 410rs. on 17th june 2012 for unlimited surfing and downloading plan. its 20th june 2012 but still my services have not been activated.
                                For this i have called to CC many times.according to them it takes min.24 hrs and 48hrs. max....time limit is already been acceded.i have made a complaign also but there is no response,i have visited bsnl office too but there nobody was taking care...

                                  its been almost 6 months now. i keep complaining to the bsnl office every now and then but still they dont provide me with a solution

                                  the problem is that the internet keeps crashing every 5 minutes(+/-)... when there are torrents on download the internet doesnt crash and it works fine...but wen there is no torrents on download... and i am only browsing. it just keeps crashing...i mean if i even have to watch a 3 min video on youtube.. it will crash atleast 2 times during buffer..

                                  wen i go into the ip address of my router that shows me the details of the connection as in line upstream/downstream and ip, dns and other settings
                                  i have noticed that everytime the net crashes the line rate upstream/downstream, default gateway, primary n secondary dns go black...

                                  pls help me find a solution
                                  as bsnl service providers arent co-operative at all and i have no other option other than using their stupid service which is sometimes equal to not having internet at home

                                    I have been receiving message very frequently from bsnl (+[protected] that "thank you for using value pack service. You have been charged rs. 10. Pl let me know for what reason the said amount is being charged to my mob. Number [protected]. Further kindly do something for avoiding these bad activities and please do the needful to reimburse the deducted amount (40rs). I went customer care, palakkad. They told me to activate dnd by sending sms to 1909. And after activating dnd still i'm receiving the same. Please please help me...

                                      1]This is very much serious thing that customer have to buy modem
                                      from outside source(the contact of those outside sources with
                                      internal persons OR the person is
                                      found from BSNL office only).what is happening is, modems when come
                                      to office they all are sold to particular
                                      person.

                                      2]That person Give those modem in following rates
                                      type 1/3 to 1300 Rs. (actual 1000)
                                      type 2/4 to 2200 Rs. (actual 1600)

                                      3]The office gives information that no modem is available in stock in
                                      whole Nasik.

                                      4]When i talk with officers they are unaware to this problem.

                                      I actually have detail information with name of officers(with
                                      designation)
                                      and
                                      the outside persons detail information.But i dont want to do anything
                                      wrong
                                      with any person so please solve this case as soon as possible.
