[Resolved]  BSNL — Landline not working

Sir,my landline phone[protected] is dead since 15 days. I have made complaint to cutomer care. But there is noresponse. Pl. look into the matter as my business is badly affected by thi.

MY LANDLINE NO [protected] IS NOT WORKING . I HAVE LOGGED A COMPLAINT ON 1/8/2012 BUT NO ACTION HAVE BEEN TAKEN

our landline no;[protected] is not working about 5 days .we are not getting incoming and out going .we are in the area of mangalam exchange .plse do the needful at the earlies we are unable to log a complaint through 198 helpdesk .plse do the needful at the earliest

My Land Line No[protected] of ELURU circle PEDAPADU Exchange is not working since Three Months. When I Tried to complained With PEDAPADU Exchange Over Phone Several Times, Unfortunately Nobody has Responded.At Least Now I can expect the Response.

BSNL Landline — Not working

I am having BSNL Landline telephone @[protected]. The phone is dead from last 20days. I lodged the complain through on line dialing. Till date no one has attended the issue. Kindly help me what next to do. Should I disconnect the telephone.

My landline[protected] is not working since 1 week. We have complained the same.I have broadband connection as well..Already paid 3 years rent as well. The funny thing was the line man(Mr.Ramachandren) came yesterday and check something and gone.He told my mother that my neighbours phone was now working (previously both had complaint) but your one is still not yet working. He didnt say that what was the problem and when it can be sort out.

I had this connection lost issue freequently and they didnt sort it out the issue for permanently otherwise they dont want to do so. I dont know whether we need to give something to this lineman to attend the issue...Am not blaming all the staffs, coz I would say there is an active and very helpfull Lady AE is there in that exchange who will do the follow ups as well.

I have registered complaint on 31st January 2014, for My land line which is not working. Still no service man came. And from BSNL office no one give proper response. due to Landline issue i couldn't use my broadband connection also. please kind request from me. please do the needful.

My Telephone No :[protected], My Landline & Broadband not working for past 12 days, I had given a complaint. Complaint No[protected], no response from the officials.Every month i am facing this problem but i am not able to get the permanent solution

My landline number[protected] is not working for the past 30 days, no response to the complaint in personperson also.

Now we are unable to reach the complaint number also... No one is picking the line..

Kindly help to escalate the issue to higher Level...
