BSNL — Regarding non payment of my telephone bill
On 19.00hrs of 24.09.13, I paid a telephone bill of Rs.585 on POS 00005078 at Bill desk.com_BillPay IN txn#[protected]. Amount of Rs. 585 has been credited from my account but still bill is not paid to BSNL.Please refund the same.

BSNL — BroadBand routing problem
hello, i have BSNL broadband in Goa,for last 5 days i have serious problem in routing of my connection. if i want to connect to Singapore it creates unnecessary hops and ping goes high ,and bsnl customer care executive dosent know what ping is.
