BSNL — my account is inactive

my acount is inactive even i have recharged it
i have recharge my bsnl number [protected] today. it has 115.38 r.s balance. bt when i try to call someone i recieved a message your acount is inactive plz refill ur acount before 19 may 2013, , plz plz resolve this problem

BSNL — unnecessary ringtones and bills

Dear sir,
I am Kanhaiyalal Goswami From Mathura , it is too much from my Sim telecom company BSNL , it is providing me an unnecessary ring tones and i have noticed them 4-5 times but it makes no result, please solve my problem it costs too much.

i want to contact on bsnl landline no. 1500 but its not working the call is hold on ringing and after sometime its dissconnect..
