BSNL — Monthly Charges

Hi,

Reference is made to the attached bill, please advise me the monthly charges which BSNL is charging against my land line and get me the benefits of my existing plan.

Same problem here. Can somebody help me? There is no link in selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in where I can contact the customer service center of bsnl through email.

BSNL — to activate new aim

my new sim no is [protected] i puchased 4 days back but still its not activated when i called to customer care they are not pick the call so i request you to activate this sim immediately

Hello Sir,

I would like to complaint on billing procedure for my Broadband number[protected].

It's seem that BSNL has recently changes its plans but after changing the plans my account is not updated correctly.

As per my plan I should get either 175 free calls or Free call as per my existing land line plan(i.e.120 free Calls), but I am not getting anyone of these..

For one month BSNL has given me discount of 6/- Rs. on the bill of 126. And in this month it has given a discount of 1.20 Rs on the bill of 294.

Could you please check and help me? I have attached Screenshot last 2 bills.
