BSNL — NOT WORKING SINCE 25 DAYS

MY LANDPHONE NO IS [protected],(BSNL CONNECTION)
I AM A POOR NON RESIDENT INDIAN & EX SERVICEMAN,
LAST 25 DAYS PASSED I AM NOT ABLE TO TALK WITH MY FAMILY DUE TO NON WORKING OF LAND-LINE,I HAVE A MOBILE CONNECTION BUT IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO TALK DUE RANGE PROBLEM.

HENCE I REQUEST TO CONSIDER THIS CASE ON HUMANITARIAN GROUNDS, IN A YEAR 4 TO 5 MONTHS THE LAND LINE IS DEAD,MY FAMILY HAS COMPLAINED NO. OF TIMES

BSNL — not recharged online

Sir,
i have tried to recharge my bsnl prepaid mobile of Rs. 50 by netbanking on[protected] through bsnl portal billdesk transaction [protected]. My 50 rupuee was deducted from my account but my cell has not recharged yet. Please take some suitable step to solve my problem.

Due to bad network connection can't call properly. Everytime show connection error. After long time needed to make next call. This problem mainly faced by the people lived in kattoor omanappuzha and kalavoor. Plese save us and our bsnl.

BSNL — Landline Phone out of order since 31/03/13

Lanline Phone[protected] is out of order since 31/03/13. Broadband connection related to this phone is not working. Complaint docket No. is [protected], dt 31/03/13. Enquired over telephone but got no result.
