Dear Sir, i am using BSNL Mobile Number. [protected] from last two years i have lot of problem. Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u.

still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

Broadband Services BSNL — MISLEADING BILLING

Dear sir,
Please guide me what to do I had taken a broadband connection of minimum plan of 250/pm in which there was 1Gb download free. In the first three months i just got a monthly bill of Rs 250+taxes which was fair to my knowledge but in the fourth bill i was asked to pay a amount of Rs 16873.00/. On my further inquiry i was told that due to some problem BSNL could not provide the usage charges month by month therefore they are no put together in consolidated form in the fourth bill.

As there was no prior information to me about the over usage and extra charges in the last three precedent months, i was in a bona fide belief of not exceeding the limit of my Broadband plan which was 1GB free.

And therefore presenting over usage amount of three consecutive months in the fourth bill in consolidated form, without any prior information or warning is not just.
If i would have received the first bill with complete details of over usage then after paying the bill i would have either changed my plan to unlimited usage plan of 750/pm or discontinued my broadband plan

Right now i have given an application for change in my plan and fix the total amount due in installments which i will pay under protest.

I therefore request u to guide me if i can take my matter to consumer forum i am ready to pay the first month bill but the huge amounts in next two months bills have accrued due to BSNL failure to produce bills monthly which is entirely their responsibility

BSNL — Disturbances in phone

I am facing disturbances in my phon for the last 3-4 days complain no#1772 (or?).
(Noise .. & connected to third phone)
I face normally it becomes dad when rain comes or tufan comes.

BSNL — Non-receipt of bill

Sir,
I have not received bill for my postpaid mobile phone from bsnl bearing tel. no. [protected]. It has been activated from the month of March, 2008 and till date, I did not receive the bill. Kindly guide me how to pay the bill for my mobile phone. I have misplaced the receipt of the issuance of the SIM card where the Account No. is indicated.

BSNL — deactivation of silver scheme

as i have already complained about the above subject for many times the company is not at all responding they gave me a complaint number also

BSNL — Error 691 shows but no body respond despite repated contacts

My Tel Connection No. is 2362614 and am have Broad
Band connection. Since last 5/6 days it is giving
error No.691i.e. it doesnot recognise my user ID
Password. Despite my several time requesting at
No.1500 and 197 ( I remember only two complaints
No.51323 and 2301515) Besides I was provided with
telephone Nos. 2203838, 2301515 and 2286200 to contact
for redressing my problems, but non picked up except the one where one Mr. Amit ( on 18/4) told that the position is rectified, but when I checked is was as it is. Again on 19th one JT in the morning convyed rectified but actually not. I have also lodged complaint at 197 and 15400. My email to the authorities could not rectify it. WHERE SHOULD I GO. Who can compensate me for the torturing attitude of the BSNL.

dear sir mera phone number[protected] hai, mee chitrakut-rajapur (210207) me rahta hu, meene bsnl brodband ke liye 2 month pahle appaly kiya tha, lekin aj tk brondband ka labh mujhe nahi mil pa raha hai.meene costmorcare 1500 me phone kiya tha to unhone mujhe mau j.d.o ka number diya, unse meene kai bar bat kiya hr bar vo kahte hai ki vo abhi busy hai jb time milega to dekhege, t.d.m. sir banda se bat karne pr vo bhi bat ko yh kh kr tal dete hai ki thik hai mee kisi ko bhrjta hu.

BSNL — invalid id

I have been checking my usage details with the id and password provided to me at the time of connection and it has been valid since then.but today i couldnt check the usage, because inspite of giving the same username and password it says the either of them is invalid...i never changed either of them.

BSNL — Dial up

I have been a proud customer of BSNL, of late i have been experiencing a lot of trouble since my exchange has changed to CHERUVAKKAL from CHEPRA, quilon, kerala.Since last one month i have been complaining about the poor speach and dial up connection.Being an NRI we depend a lot on internet for a beeter connectivity with our close relatives.I have also applied for the broadband.But i m not sure of any date. Atleast they get the Dial up rectified, i will be very greatful. It seems the cable need to be changed.

BSNL - Mobile Service — Excess Billing to consumers on regular basis

It is being observed that the BSNL Mobile consumers of Assam Circle are being over charged on regular basis specially since November'2007. As the BSNL don't provide detailed bills to all it's subscribers the customers are even not knowing about it.

It is only known to a handful of subscribers who had opted for Detailed Billing options and regular complains made by them brings in some relief to their accounts but it is totally doubtful weather the rest of the subscribers are also getting those corrective rebates or not. Even for the customers who are getting detailed bills it is very much hell of a job to go scrutnise the whole bill and then bring it to the notice of concerned officers for corrections, which is quite time consuming as well as expensive proposition.

Every time a complain is made it is being assured that the corrective measures had been taken and henceforth no such problem will arise but again some other problem creeps in and consumer is being robbed by BSNL - a public sector Company on regular basis.
I fully agree with the comments made.

I have also seen that the BSNL is charging it's subscibers with wrongful charges and the C.G.M., Assam Circle, BSNL is not at all concerned with the pains and agonies of it's subscribers.

BSNL — Regarding Broadband Connection

Its regarding that i am applied for the Broadband Connection on 12th May 2008 on [protected] but till now there is no such process by that dept.Daily i am contacting to the cust care, SDO, GM but there is no such proper response by ant one.Today is the 11th day as i am working for the Software firm so it is very much needed for me. I am trying from last 11 days to do the process faster but not getting the proper response by any one .At last this one is option todo my work faster.Pls do the needfull for the same.

BSNL — Change the plan

I want to change plan for bsnl broadband form 250 to 125.
