Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u. Update that Complaint Dear Sir Pls send the statement as earlier as possible to my email-id [protected]@gmail.com May 01, 2014 roshu-g's response still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

The above telephone is dead since two days. No action from BSNL till date to rectify the same despite the fact formal complaint No. 198425 has been lodged. It is observed in the past that the telephone will stop functioning all of a sudden. Immediate action to set my telephone right is urgently sought, without any lame excuses from BSNL officials.M.S. i was usin dialup scheme and in last week i got broadband connection.Still 50 hrs is not over in my dialup ..can i connect both broadband n dialup modem in my system and use it
i had applied for broadband connection through no 27672552 on 18th of july.I had not received any information regarding this.when i contact them they say there is some problem and that they will provide the connection within a week, my customer code is[protected] & id is 1799549 .Please look into the matter.
BSNL — short amount in my account
My mobile No.is [protected]. I have recharged my mobile on 07.09.2008 and the balance shows an amount of Rs.40 and odd. I have dialed below Rs.10/-. But on 12th September in my mobile shows a balance amount of Rs.2.89 only. How it is possible? I have made a complaint on 12.09.2008 itself and the complaint No. is 41973 and again I made complaint on 14.09.2008 in net and the Docket No.is WEB/CO/83302195. Till now I have not received any reply from the authorities concerned. Please reply me early.Thanking you,

BSNL — Unable to check my usage
HiKindly check as i am unable to check my account usage as whenever i try to login..as i click at the option of check ur account usage...it shows page can't be displayed...i am facing this problem since last three days..
Kindly get the needful done on priority basis as its month end and its very much important to use my account beyond the limits...and provide me the alternate option as well which can help me out in future also...

BSNL — Charged first five months Broadband Usage at a time
I, Smt. Minakshi Basak telephone no-[protected], have been charged Rs-9568.00, the first five months Broadband Usage at a time. If I got the bill of the first month of Broadband Usage in the beginning of the second month then I should be concern and conscious about the use of internet (Broadband) because I have no idea about it. My mobil No. [protected] in punjab circle. compliant is No incomming neither outgoing call has been done from 16 Sep. 2008. Kindly inform me the problem and rectify it as early as posible. My card validity till Apr 2008.

BSNL — gprs not working on my phone
Dear sir,I m uma shankar using bsnl prepaid mobile service. I have activated gprs on my phone but it is not acsseing on my mobile. I have called on customercare many time but they are not taking any action my complain.
