Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u. Update that Complaint Dear Sir Pls send the statement as earlier as possible to my email-id [protected]@gmail.com May 01, 2014 roshu-g's response still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

BSNL — caller tune not activate
I PURCAHSED the hello tune of zara_sa-zannat dtd 16july 2008 on mob.no.[protected] n received a sms that ur tune will be activated within 24hrs but after 24 hrs when i checked my caller tune i found bsnl default tone. i asked about this from customer care. today is 20july2008, but my caller tune not actevate.i wait 2hrs, then not activate my caller, then i want my ballence on my mobile account.

My telephone number[protected] is lying dead for about two weeks but bsnl, bihar circle is not taking any action to rectify the problem. Actually I am also a Broadband user and should be given top priority to correct the disconnection.Please just don't display the complaint but do something concrete to get the grievance redressal.Thanks.

Soon i can celebrate the 1 month irresponsible service from BSNL

my sim status is shown as being rejected ..because of entering wrong pukcode.iam bsnl user and my mobile num is [protected].wat is the solution for activating my num?.my mobile is nokia 1600.
I registered for conversion from New Anant to Saral on 17th June'08 through. Subsequently I sent five sms " chgpln anant to sarl' to 53733. But conversion is yet to be done the last sms I had sent a week back. BSNL is really useless. It is the worst service provider.

BSNL — internet surfing problem on dialup
i have a dial up connection in wll at home. i am finding problems in opening various sites. e.g. my email account needs at least Three to four tries before it can open. sites take long time to open, page load errors are also very common,Kindly give me a appropriate solution to this problem.
BSNL — Broadband Usage not shown
The site of bsnl portal i.e http://bbservice.bsnl.in when logged in does not show the broadband usage of August month. It simply says no records found. How can we trust the bsnl and after doing late they might even change the data usage, whch may lead to tremendous amount of bills.Pls. this has to be corrected soon.

BSNL prepaid ph — BSNL hasn't changed my plan to Saral from Anant even after sending 2 SMS
BSNL hasn't changed my plan to Saral from Anant even after sending 2 SMSs ...my ph no is [protected] & I called BSNL call center and they asked me to send a SMS to 53733 "CHGPLN ANANT TO SARAL" ...
in the last couple of days I have sent this SMS twice & I'am still waiting for a reply via SMS from BSNL that my plan has been changed.
I called their call center several times & no one took any ownership or provided me any solution, all they asked me to do is wait ...
well I have already waited for more than a week now...
any help is welcome ...
