Dear Sir, i am using BSNL Mobile Number. [protected] from last two years i have lot of problem. Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u.

still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

BSNL — Delay in shifting of telephone

I had requested for shifting of my telephone No. 25272849 from HAL quarters to C 3, 6 Crasta mansion, Chikathayapa road, HRBR Layout, kalyan Nagar.

The work order issued by Banaswadi exchange is 52017323 dated 18.6.8

Kindly expedite
my telephone not working from May 20th and now one month over now one check about this complaint and i heard in BSNL within 24hours if they didnot clear the phone complaint we can go for consumer court and claim against BSNL for loss.
when i contact exchange ppl, no one respond for this complaint and this much careless service and for that we are paying amout in bill too. who is going to take action or wr i want to complaint.
My BB is not often get connected and the state shown in the info page 192.168.1.1 is authetication failure and there is not defulat gateway no. i have reported to the exchange (ulsoor ) there they changed the port but still the problem existing as on date, call centre service says that to hold on for some time, may be minimum for 20 to 30 min, then finally nothing, only the beep sound. BSNL — Landline and Broadband not working at all

Landline and Broadband are not working at all since last two months
Its been almost two months since we are complaining for bad connection of our Bsnl landline no[protected] and there is no follow up from the managment yet..
Recieved few calls to confirm whether the problem is sorted out and instead of denying it we did not hear back from them again...

Please follow up on this if possible asap.

I tried many times but I am not able to check my download usage, there is an error on that page that is your account can't updated, please help me.
