[Resolved]  BSNL — Telephone not working

REF: My Telephone number –[protected], Telephone Complaints: F226, F815.

This is in reference to the BSNL Landline connection I am holding in my home for 5 years.
The telephone stopped working 2 weeks before and I registered complaints through telephone – please see the reference above.

Having no response, I even registered written complaints at BSNL Office, Aarakkunnam. Still the issue is unresolved.

I am working in a Pvt Firm in Ernakulam and BSNL Telephone is the only communication for me with my old age parents.

This is a serious situation when I am unable to communicate with my parents when I am at office.
Hope you can understand the situation I am facing now.

Since we use BSNL Land line connection as our major line of communication, we even missed out many important instances like the death of one of our distant relative.

I humbly request you to put your kind attention in the above matter and make arrangements to solve the issue at the earliest,

I hope my requests are not falling in deaf ears,

From the last 10 days my telephone not working. I filed the complaint on 198 two times 1st on 25-26 August2009 & 2nd on 3rd September 2009. This not the 1st time that this is happened, since i take the connection every month telephone get dead and i ran to concerened dept.This is very irritating.Pls do the needful so that this not happened again and again and pls inform me.

I am working at Indore & My old mother & father are living at bhopal in our Owned house, but from Last couple of Months My Home telephone No.[protected] is not working , many times complaints were logged but till date no permanent solution is being taken by Department.

Kindly look into matter.

1- [protected], Aye Din Kharab Rahata Hai. Aur S.D.O. Se Kahane Par Teek Ho Jayega . But Teek Nahi Hota hai. Saam ko 1 Hourse Chalega Aur Kharab Ho Jaata Hai. Aur yaha Par ache Enginiar Ko Bhejkar Maroofpue Echenj ko Sahi Karaye.

2- S.D.O. se kahate hai ki card id ki suvidha hai ki Aur kahate hai ki nahi hai . [protected] par suvuhda karaya jay.

Phone no 22670535 is not working for tha last 10 days. Recorded complaint in the automatic complaint recording system. But, no avail. Even contacting the concernec-official become difficult.

BSNL — telephone not working till one month

BSNL — telephone not functioning

MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING SINCE NOVEMBER WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THERE IS UNDER GROUND FAULT BY BSNL SDO PHONES INSPITE OF NOT FUNCTIONING OF THE PHONE THERE IS REPEATEDLY BILL AROUND 750.00 COMING EVERY MONTH DUE TO BROADBAND CHARGES. AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS THE TELEPHONE IS NOT GOT IN ORDER AND DUE TO REPEATED COMPLAINTS THE PHONE IS DISCONNECTED FOR NON PAYMENT..

WHAT IS THE TREGDY TO PAY EVERYTIME EVEN THE PHONE IS NOT FUNCTIONING. UNLESS YOU ARE ALSO DEBARRED FROM MAKING COMPLAINTS EVEN.AND STILL THE CHARGES ARE BEING APPLIED TILL THE UNFORTUNATE TIME IS OVER.

A complaint has been registered at the BSNL computer system one month ago, and its docket no is 3063022. My telephone no.[protected] not working, No body attended till date.

telephone no. 26220145 is not working for the past one week. please take this complaint and resolve it as soon as possible.

My telephone number[protected] under koratty telephone exchange since three months and more is not working. If i tell complaint on exchange there is no positive response.Every two month i pay telephone bill(rent), if this one not working also .I request take a good action favour for me.
