[Resolved]  BSNL — Telephone not working

My telephone is not working since last week No. is[protected] and had lodged the complaint on 26/5/2010 and given the complaint ref. No is [protected]. But not yet attended the complaint. Please look into the matter and do the needful

Our phone is not working from almost1yr and if some day if it works OK then after 3-4 days it again goes out of order.
We filled complaint regarding this problem several times through telephone and personally also but to no response....

Thats why I am complaining about the problem through this channel.
Kindly do the needful as we got hopeless complaining.....

the following land line nowhich i am using are dead and has broadband as well so none of its is functioning. Requesting to solve the issue ASAP.

I have registered complaint with BSNL online complaint stating that the landline[protected] is not working and is lying dead since one week I was allotted a docket No: 0810/275 on 06.08.2010 and 0810/478 on dated 09.08.2010

When I verified the status of the complaint in the net it is shown that the complaint is attended

But practically the telephone is lying dead since more than one week. I have lodged complaint even on 25712198 but after receiving the complaint the line cuts off automatically without even giving the docket number of the complaint

It is a very pathetic situation that BSNL being a privatised Government enterprise not attending to the complaints being booked by its customers

I would also like to bring to your kind notice this type of partial services from BSNL on this line in almost regular - it is also not out of place to mention that many a times we are made to pay the bills even though it goes dead many a times on lines

When we enquired with the staff of BSNL they have told that due to earthwork excavation this type of services getting disconnected often happens. But my question is does it take days together for BSNL to connect the line for services

Hi My telephone number is 23968946, Regulary I am paying bill, for this month also I paid the bill since 3 months before due date BSNL is disconnecting my out going, number of times I brought to BSNL officials notice, I am totally vexeed, due the Qualiuty service of Broad band only I am using this connection. How to escalate to the GM level such type of problems.

My BSNL Landline phone no[protected] is not working for last two weeks. I have already registered complaint. In last four month this is 2nd occasion. Prviously the telephone was out of order for 45 days. w.e.f 12th May,2010 However i have been charged the rent for all these days.

i have the above mentioned telephone connection in stalled at my residence at B-138/S2 Vharat apartments, Shalimar garden ext. 2. The telephone is not working properly for the 6 months. either it will be having disturbances that neither incoming voices are not clear - ( one can not hear the voice of the caller with the disturbances in the line) lime the caller can not listen the voice of the others side). i have been regularly complining, but till now nobody turned up for rectifying the phone. however, regular bills are coming though the telephone is not working.
i do not know where to make the complaint. there is one complaint no. which never works. even if you are able to make the complaint no line man comes for the repair. most of the time - say half of the month the phone would be dead (no dial tone) and once can not use the telephone.
i am really fedup with this phone and even thinking to disconnect the connection,.
would request some one to attend if possible get the phone rectified immediately.
