i failed to check my broadband usage

Good Morning! I am one of the BSNL Customer, My Name is Thiyagaraaj. I am businessman. I have Arun Arts & Crafts, And Arun Digital Media. My Telephone, My cell and my broad band (Unlimited Plan) also in BSNL Connections!

My Telephone is not working since Deepavali ! My Telephone No. is[protected]. My Address is 100, VRM Road, (Opp. Palani Vilas).

I requst you to kindly step in to the matter and convey my complaints as soon as possible !

BSNL,Telephone+Broadband — Complaint not Attended(last 3 months)

3 Months ago We had registered complaint of out broadband connection,
My complaint is:
My broadband automatically goes off when the Street lights on at evevning.

But till date no respond from BSNL department, daily I call or personally visit to Mr Suba Singh (SDO, BSNL Deparment- Dehardun) but no result. They are always trying to shift complaint from one division to other division

Now, I am very fed-up, please try to help me out.

Last 20 years i am using my landlines very happily. But 3 months before my landlines is not working. many time we are contact the bsnl office and register the compliant but no response for repairing. my family is very poor and old aged members are stay in my house. they are always patients. Landlines is very helpful for our.

we are humbly request to you please take an action for repairing our telephone

My landline of office and home (bsnl) is not working from past one month. i am suffering from major problem, i have complaint earlier also but dint got any response. hope i'll get positive feedback.

My landline number is[protected] kodannur exchange) for the past 2 and half months, the telephone and the internet is not working. I have complained at BSNL office kodannur, cherpu and thrissur and also at public grievance in person as well as by phone and through BSNL complaint register; but there is no positive response or action taken so far. we have done advance payment of bill for one year we urgently require internet for study purpose and business needs. inspite of constant complaining in bsnl complaint booking there is no response but contradictorily its indicated complaint close when the complaint has not been corrected. this is a great fault from the service. Kindly take up this and do the needful at the earliest. my complaint no 21st may [protected], 25th june [protected]

My Telephone No[protected] Its not working more than 25 days. i inform to the telephone exchange many times. but, they are not resolve the problem. they repeatedly says we'll registered a complaint. i,m very much disappoint.

Landline not working past 1 months

I am writing this from Mumbai regarding my landline at Seethathodu, Kerala from BSNL. My mother is alone there. Already i have informed & complainted more than 4 times in seethathodu telephone exchange but there was no response from anyone for nearly 1 months,pls look this matter...

my telephone no is[protected] . my telephone is not working properly . i have submitted a complaint to my nearest BSNL office, but i didnt get any response from them .

My Consumer No. is [protected] i have book complaint by online system on 24/03/2013 till date status is Assigned to ITO complaint no. is [protected]. and also i have given written complaint in BSNL telephone exchange (Badlapur (E) but till date no one has come to check the land line out side my home all wires are mess up more than month my land line is working i have paid advance rent for year and this kind of service i am receiving from BSNL
