M/s HOT SPOT kept my hand set to check After regular followup I have lost my patience

i am using spice C-810 model, my battery was not good its not comming atleast 1 day, i am suffering more problems by this model. the shopkeeper said battery backup was good and its standby is15 days but herenot coming atleast 1 day, pls give any solutions as much as fast. here options also very less and no more themes.
I am using spice C-810 model which I had purchased from M/s Ganapati Mobile, Shop no. G-17-18, Sri Ram Tower, Lucknow vide CM No. CM 1178 dated 13/07/08, and after three months o[censored]se I faced following problems;

1. I can only hear conversation through my earphone. I visited to your service centre at Sri Ram Tower
who rectified the problem while makeing direct connection and sice then I could't able to here
conversation and musice through earphone. Thereafter again contacted to service centre and got reply
that ear socket was not available.

2. Again in November 08 I faced problem of battery dischare and once again I got reply from service
centre that battery was not available. Durig the the time of purchase shopkeeper said battery backup
was good and its standby is15 days but my handset battery but herenot coming atleast 15 minutes.


Since than continuously I am visitng to service centre and getting same reply. They are not giving any thing in writing. I got totaly fedup of your services. Its very very poor and irresponsible.

I am a professional engineer and my time is very precious.

Now I request you to resolve my problem at the earliest.

hi Sir I purchased a set model D-88. but it was a deffective one. i send it many times to service centre but i m not satisified with there service .
plz tell me wat to do my warrenty period is going to complete. b quick.
i am using 88 d of spice model, i bought around 5 months back, it is having lot of complaints to say???
the camera is totaly waste and it can not take any picture because it is full of dark even after service by
a authoraised service center, by it you can not take any viedio, you can not hear the voice clearly, the hand set will be over heating with in 1 or 2 minit, you will be definitly hate talking in 88d and a lot to say
please dont buy it
it is verycheaply imported one from chinna and selling for very abnormal higher price in india

I complain ur customer care by mail. then ur person suggest me some Service center list.when i call him i dont received any satisfactory answer. so plz look in to the matter. otherwise i have to switch to Consumer Forum.

i purchased a spice mobile handset s 606 from a mobile shop in vidisha M P. but after using it for few days i came to know that there is some problem with the memory slot downloading. I immediately went to the shopkeeper and he told me that it may be the problem of my computer or the softwere problem but after some time he agreed to send it to the costumer care in bhopal M P. but I am still waiting my hand set to be repaired after one and half month.
now i am fedup with the costumer care center and planning to take legal help. plz take notice of my complaint and direct the center in Bhopal to hand me over my handset as quickly as possible.

from last 5 month i am realy firstrat due to my mobile instrument S-580, the mobile have no battery backup automaticly switch off after 15-20 min., last 20 jul i go to ur authrised service center bt till know they have no satisfactory answer, the told me that our work is just sendig to company, not more than, i cant understand that what would i do, finaly i decide due to poor services i never buy any product of spice,

i have went to customer care at amritsar in punjab (cell one )

spice m-4580 mobile — Battery backup problem

I purchased dis mobile on 23 sep,2009 at that time battery back-up was 3-4 day including stand-by,but now it discharges within a day.
