[Resolved]  Capital Hyundai — Poor Service and Misinformation

Hi,
I own a Santro Xing XL. I have a complaint regarding poor service and wrong information given by CAPITAL Hyundai, Sector-62 Noida.Earlier i used to get my car serviced at Hyundai company showroom at mathura road but I got my 1st paid service done at this hyundai dealer as i was shifted to Indirapuram and my experinace is not very good.
First of all the engineer suggested me to get my engine flushed only at 15000 Km of engine run which is a complete cheatig as come to know later.
Second, on the very next day of service my from power window starting giving problem. They fixed it when i bring this to their notice.
Third, I got wheel balancing and alignment done for front wheels in my car on 14march 09 but withing 15 days its has started giving scratching sound on left front wheel.

I suggest you guys to stay away from these people.

Hyundai Santro XO 2007 Model

Don't know where to start and where to end. I basically have no complaints about how they deal with people/ people skills, as whenever I go, they are really understanding and helpful. My only concern is, their understanding and helpfulness has cost me so much money and grievance, that I can't imagine going back there again.

So, 2 clutch plates and clutch work in the last 16 months, that is 8 months for each. That is unbelievable. There excuse is that you are driving the car wrong. COME ON, the original plates took 4 years to wear off, and the new ones that you are putting only takes 8 months each. No excuses in that. Also, i got a CNG kit fixed in my car by one of the most reputed companies in NCR. Now, since I've had that fixed, all the blame goes on CNG. If the A/C is not working, its because of CNG, if the brakes are not working, its CNG. if the tyres are wearing out, its CNG, if the alignment s not right, its CNG.

I would have stopped going to theses buggers long time ago, but my poor father thinks more of convenience than the actual work done, since its the closest service centre next to our house. The only reason that triggered me to write this complaint is, my father finally got the clutch work done from MGF Hyundai, Delhi, with a total bill of 16, 000 Rs. And these people have given a warranty of 6 months, or 10, 000 kms for the clutch plates. Whereas, no warranty whatsoever is given by Capital Hyundai. Why is this so? Are they not putting the original Hyundai SPARES or what.

I would really need some guidance on to how I can take this case forward, because I'm really annoyed and angry, and I have paid for the items without any warranty. So, my guesses are that they are not using the original SPARES.

in My Case... when They Were Going Through IT Mgmnt Crisis, They Offered Me IT Managers Job. Befire Joining The Iwner Mr. Prabhat Gupta Asked Me For Trial, After Completing Three Days Of Trail They Offerd Me The Salary very Less Then The Expectation. On same Day The Vp Mr Rc Taneja asked Me To Leave Because We Cannot Afford You Now At the Time When I Already Left My Previous company. any Way things Settled But The Were Not Giving Offer Letter. Anyhow They Give Me one Sentenced joining Letter. But Taneja Was Not Happy With My Offer because His Relative Is Working Under Me. The Person ( his Relative) doesnt even Know Abc Of IT. Any How I taught Him Some Work. while Taneja was Keep Pointing Out The My Mistakes To The Director. And Suddenly After About CompletIng 6 Months Thr HR Calls Meand Asked Me Not To Come Office for No Reason. I Called director He Threatened Me Not To Call Him Otherwise It Will Not Gud For Me N My Family. Then I Did Nothing And Now Its More Then Six Months I Do Not Have Any Job And i Am Going Thru A Serious Money Crises. Please Do Not Join This Company As The Usually Kick Employees Without Notice Aftrr Completion Of Their Mean. In short

1. They dont give any offer letter. Its a tradition.
2. They can fire anybody without any reason and notice.
3. The only people can survive whose relative is working in company in higher position.
4. Rationalisation and harassment(mental for men and physical for women) is common for new employees.

Clearly the worst service provider for Hyundai Cars Service in Noida. They are Thief. I give me car for AC Breakdown, was charged hefty amount and my AC SWITCH was Broken by them during repair.I Filed a Complaint in written, was told It will take time so I can get in repaired in next service free of cost. I insisted of giving receipt of my complaint in written and bluffed again that they are entering it in system and No system of receipt is here.

Some months later when I take car for service was asked to Pay 4100 For Switch repair as They don't see any complaint in system.
end up taking my Car away from their hands and get it all done outside. They have lost a Customer for Life

My advice, Do not take car there, You can easily get all done outside at less cost. If you still do, DO NOT believe them, ask for everything in written. Their service guys are Just unprofessional, will not even bother to bolt the car properly...
I gave my car [Santro Xing - 2004] for servicing and repairs on 1/05/2013 at Capital Hyundai, Sector 83.

I identified the problems to the advisor and also told him that I needed a servicing. I clearly told him the problem I was having with the clutch, brakes, suspension [front-right], a/c [cooling and fan] - which he duly noted.

Advisor making note of all these issues, told me a lot of other tests [engine compression test], etc. [Totally sold me that my 2004 car is old and this is needed - I have clocked 172000 kms]. He called me two time once I got back home that the clutch plates and pressure plates have to be changed, and also that the compressor of the a/c is weakened'. There were also repairs to be done on the front suspension, axle etc - as identified to the advisor.

I got my car back the next day - 19/05/2013.

Paid 19000/- for all the repairs.

During the time in the workshop the mechanics very obviously damaged the gear box housing resulting in leakage. This I noticed the next day [Monday 20/05/2013] when I was leaving my office parking area.

I went back to the service center on Wednesday 22/05/2013 first thing in the morning, they accepted the problem [I had called on Tuesday but could not go] and changed the washer on the nut for the gear box housing. The next morning again I noticed oil leaking from the front left side.

I went back again on Thursday [23/05/2013]. The spent more time on the car. Approx. 2.5 hours before assuring me that there is no leakage. They asked me to come and see them again. As I got tied up with work therefore was not able to.

Friday being off day, I visited them again today - Saturday 25/05/2013.

Now they tell me that the oil leakage is from the power steering shaft, which was not leaking earlier. As per the GM Service and the Service Advisor, this was not the problem earlier and due to the old age of the car this has happened "suddenly". And are saying it is now going to cost me 22000/- for the power steering problem to be repaired.

No report of these problems in closing report. [pending jobs mentioned on the invoice/bill are - a/c compressor, etc]

They are refusing to admit that due to their negligence and mis-handling of my car during the time in the workshop [more than 24 hours] and are completely disregarding the fact that this is their fault.

I need advice.

We regret inconvenience caused to you. I understand your anguish of facing repeated problems in the car after even after spending huge amount.

The oil leak from power steering can happen only due to wear of seals which are fitted inside the assembly. The overhauling of the unit may resolve the issue but it is not always successful and hence mechanics recommend replacement of the whole assy.

I have gone through the details of work done on your car and can safely state that it was mere coincidence that leakage started just after the servicing as nothing even remotely connected with the power steering assy was disturbed during the service.

However, since it occurred so near to the service, we should do this job free of any labour charges, as a good will gesture. You would need to pay only for the cost of the kit which varies from Rs 1000 to 4000, depending on the model of the steering assy fitted in your car.

Kindly contact Mr Devendra Singh, DGM Service on [protected] for further follow up action on the same.

Capital Hyundau is the worst service center i have ever came across...it the most pathetic place to give your car for servicing...the staff don't know the language of speaking to the customers...they behave as if they are the owners of the showroom...This is the most stupid place...Please dont give your car for servicing at this place...

even I had faced the same problem with the same Capital Hyundai, Sector-63. All staff member are disgusting. Poor staff and poor management.
They have replaced air filters without my permission and I have changed air filters one day before service only. Staff from work shop, they are not skilled workers even a local guy from a local shop better knows about servicing.


Please do not go to this service center. They even misbehave with female customers.
General manager is also disgusting.

My name is Babita Bhatt and i have a i20 Megna that got damaged on 30th storm.I had to hand it over to hyundai workshop H-5 sector 63.The advisor Rajkumar is most horrible person for customer interaction.He is not clear and aware of the communication.He make sure not to pick customers phone and ensure the harassment is maximum.His customer handling specially women is pathetic.My car is still with them for last 2weeks and i have not received single communication from them.I have to call them n number of times to check the status.Shalini AGM is also not available in time of need and is highly unprofessional.

I just hope to get my car back asap and would never go this workshop for the kind of experience i had due to people working there.

I had a problem with my Santro Xing 210 car while driving it was giving jerks on turns and speed breakers. I sent the car to service station at sector 63 Noida to get it checked and serviced .

The dealer raised bill for services not required while the problem persist, I complaint for the problem . The dealer suggested another service station rather than resolving the problem and returned my car

Is there any action for such dealer who are just doing money minting rather than resolving issues
