[Resolved]  CBSE Exam — CBSE maths exam

Respected sir,
The mathematics exam conducted by the cbse for 12 was difficult. For the code 2 questions one question of three dimensional was tough and one 6 marks probability question was confusing as the the question was not clear. And for Code 1 and 3 one question was wrong. In additional to this there was question outside the NCERT text. As the students think the question will be asked from exercise but they had asked the worked out example also. The CBSE is so partial as the same paper for the delhi question paper was easy while for all india it was difficult. So may i kindly request you to look this thing very seriously and make the evaluation of the answer paper liberal. So sir please look into this mater seriously.

Thanking you

Your's truly
Sabari

paper was so simple n probality ques to was simple n thing is to apply the mind ...
Respected Sir,

I completely agree with what is being said. The students getting sets 1 and 3 had an incomplete question and will hence be awarded grace marks which would be very unfair to the students who got the second set. Also, the probability question seemed to be incomplete as the same question is in RD Sharma but with additional details.

Kindly look into these issues and do the needful, especially since it is a matter of not 1 or 2, but 6 marks.

Respected sir, it is a matter of great concern that such mistakes are taking place in a public exam of such huge importance.I got set 3[all india] paper, which was not very tough and questions were of average level, but one of the questions related to application of derivatives was incomplete, and another question from probability did not specify the conditions properly.Though me and many of my fellowmates tried to solve it by using Baye's theorem, the solution and neither the question worked out to be logically correct.I request the concerned officials at CBSE to look into the matter as any negligence regarding this could lead to a difference of 12 marks. In my opininon, grace marks must be awarded to the students

i am totally agreed with the matter because the all india paper wsa tough and 2 questions were very confusing the probability one and one of derivative one.marking should be liberal...
i agree that the maths paper was so though that the students had asevere mental shock at the mean time two questions where 100% incorrect & incomplete so cbse should naturally give 12 marks otherwise indian citizens will loose faith from cbse *& this time cbse should do simple marking it is the matter of their carrer.
respected sir
i got the set 2 paper of chennai boards... and the paper was so difficut..
the set 1 and set 3 paper will simply get 6 marks freely... but for set 2 no grace marks are there.. pls take this issues seriously and provide liberal marks for students...
and understand one thing that we children r all human beings and not machines ..pls dont spoil our dreams and ambitions.
cbse should give grace marks... if they dont than they are FU...sorry for beiNg agressive but thats how it should be, , , questions worth 12 marks were wrong..it means a lot man..
mr kapil sibbal is too busy formulating the new laws.. take out time for cbse sir..its ur duty..

Dear Students,
Today I got a phone call from C.B.S.E and they told me that they will give 14 grace marks to all the students who recently in march gave C.B.S.E All India class XII exams. They will give grace marks to all students containing any one of the sets.
Sir whether we are getting grace in probablity question or not...

respected sir, it is right that cbse maths paper was lil easy but that two question made all the difference, , due to which not only me but all the guys not able to attempt all the question and all were thinking how to solve them and just wasted the time on that two questions

and even i lefted 6 four marks question due to just waste of time so, i just want that marking scheme should be too libral so that student never loose confidence in themselves and remains free from the depressions, ., thank you i hope that this will really make u to think upon this great problem and task

once again thank u
sir are we going to get grace for the derivative question if we have not attempted it because there was nothing to attempt

Sir,
I want to complain about the marks in cbse 2010 examination for maths.
I want to know whether the 12 marks for which the questions were wrong were awarded to all the students as I think I have not got that marks as I was expecting not less than 94 marks in maths. Now, I have applied for re-evaluation. So, I again want to know whether the re-checkers would take this into account. As per the re-evaluation rules only adding of numbers, etc. all of such type of clerical things would be done in re-evaluation, the 12 no.s also fall in same category but I am still not sure whether they be added again.
So, sir please look into this matter and be kind to inform me the same.
I would be very much thankful.
As now results are out and i loose marks due to maths.

Add it to previous one.
i have got only 39 marks in xii cbse 2010. what is the procedure for re evaluation and can the same result in reduction of my marks as i had been expecting min of 75 in maths. i am extremely dejected. please guide me
Sir,
when my daughter saw the marks of economics nd business studies she was shocked as after coming back from exam then consulting the paper with her teacher she was happy.she still doesnt know where her 40 marks in economic go., after giving for revaluation the common nd most expected answer of NO MISTAKE FOUND came. This is really sad for other students also who are facing same situation.very strange there is no system of showing papers after result.kindly do something.Take some strict action.,
Respected sir,
I too agree with the maths paper. It was so though especially the first part and the students felt really we bad..so we are requesting to make the evaluation liberal.
