When TTE persons were approached in the last room S10 blankly a huge amount was being told and only then berth would be given. customers for 3AC and 2AC at Rs.800 to Rs. 1000 per berth after talking to the TTE. Is this a sincere approach towards indian railways that the employees are showing. No receipt was also given. No TTE disturbed me for the entire journey. It was 100% clear that 3-4 TTEs has divided the money amongst themselves. Demanding a receipt would have costed still more. Passengers with general tkts approaching the TTE after arrival of train were not entertained since clients already were being fixed beforehand. IT IS CLEAR THAT HAVING A W/L OR LAST MOMENT TICKET IS A CURSE FOR PASSENGERS BOARDING AT REMOTE LOCATIONS.

This is a complete scam. customers should be protected from such scams, because some users are not well educated and misleaded by these scams. Action should be taken about these email senders. Most interesting thing is that this scam is running from years and I read so many complaints against this. Till now, no action is taken against it because still customers are receiving such emails. In some complaints the bank details of the person to whom payment is made or to be made is provided. If company really want to help and protect their customers they can easily track those persons.

i m engg student frm lko n i m totally fed up of this service, its for the second tim i got this mssg of subscription for breaking news, yesterday i got a mssg frm 55888 that i will be renewed for this service for one month by tommorrow n a sum of rs 20 will be charged frm my account inspite of dennying the service yesterday only (by sending NO BRK to 55888 as given) again today in the morning i got the same mssg and i again send the mmsg to 55888 to unsubscribe this unwanted service...but aaal in vain after two hrs only i hav been charged rs 20 frm ma account ...this is the second tim i m suffering aal this..the same story was repeated back in dec-2008 ...!!!

I am really disappointed with our Indian Speed post services. I believe as an indian i am really shamefull for the post services, that too Speed Post. The one which has a good reputation in Indian market. My complaint is that i have to make an admission of my brother and required "Transfer Certificate", which has been delivered from Moradabad to Ghaziabad and i believe that it take only 4 hrs journey from Moradabad to Ghaziabad. Already 3 days passed by and still i am unable to recieve my post. as my Tracking Number is: EU[protected]IN .

Sharma and he told me to deposit for each kid 51, 000/- Rs INR I deposit total INR 1, 02, 000/- in their bank state bank of india, branch fatehpur sekhawati, ifci code no., 10453 on dated 17th May 2012 from ICICI bank Canada. I transfer money for admission for daughter Anu Merat grade 9th and Son Vijay Merat Grade 5th to their bank A/C. and he told me to deposit when you bring your children in the hostel you have to deposit Rs. 65, 000/- I send my family in the month of june end by air from Toronto, canada to india.
When my wife Name as Laxmi Merat she went to the hostel on 7th July 2012 in the hostel Nimawat public school she deposit Rs 65, 000/- cash to the school but when she went to the hostel it was totally wrong in the hostel that I feel bed to explain it was totally opposite the way they present on their website on internet about the hostel after couple of hour of stay we decided not to study here.
When she went to get money back INR 1, 67, 000/- Mr. P.C. Sharma he said you will get full amount of Money but that you will get by 1st August 2012 till today We did not received the Money I talk to phone he always give different date. On 26th august I talk to Director Mr. P.C. Sharma he said only you will get 37500 Rs each student total for both children I paid Rs. 1, 67, 000/- I asked why he said only this much amount of money rest of the money total 92, 000 Rs you will not get it. I asked the reason he did not told to me after then he was talked to me so roudly if you want money you other wise this money also you will not get it. I said is not fair I will complain about you. He said now you will not get even this money also as per him He said I am Army man even police also they can not do anything for me. Now I don’t know what to do….. and where to complain about him and How can I get my money Back …….

We had dispatched my a TC for Counter sign for My Son Gaurav Dutta, Bal Bhavan School CBSE Affiliation No. 1030159, School Code 14004 11th Class on 13th May 2013 vide Speed Post Ref. No. EI[protected]IN, with a self addressed envelope for transfer from CBSE to MP Board.
More than 2 months have lapsed and we have still not received the TC from your Office.The last date for submission of TC is 5th August 2013, if not recd. the admission will be treated as cancelled.
Your Land No. are never answered.
We request you to kindly send the counter signed TC at the earliest if already sent pls. provide us the Docket No. and Date of Dispatch at the following mail id

HELLO SIR ! I have posted TC to Ajmer office for counter sign. I send our TC for the signature purpose on 06/08/2013 by speed post. After 6 days(12/08/2013)speed post has delivered to the regional office CBSE ajmer . It has been more than one and half month, but I have not received TC back.& my school told to me that if you give me countersign t.c. right now . Dear Sir,
I am a young woman and i was travelling on a monthly first class pass from Reay Road where i am interning with Masina Hospital at 5-5.15 pm. My pass was valid till the june 29th which means that it is valid until 12 midnight on June 29th.
A TC at Bandra station caught me ---an older man--- and insisted that i was travelling without a pass since he said my pass had expired! i was made to pay Rs 300 and was also harassed and embarassed.
Not only that the TC also took away my pass and tore it .
this is ridiculous and i would like to make a strong complaint against this TC who was at the outside gates of Bandra station at around 5.15 pm. I could not know his name because his badge was not visible. And more than anything he was rude and would not listen to me when i said that my pass was valid.
I have the receipt for the fine i paid and can submit it anywhere you want me to.
Please register my complaint and ensure that the TC is duly penalised.

hello, i have got a logitech stereo headset for RS.899 which has a GUARANTEE OF ONE YEAR.During the year, in the mid of the six month, the headphone was not working, so I came to concern service centre for service, .They said, it cant be serviced and got damaged.alright, give me a new one as a replacement.When i approach for that, they said this model has been stop and now we will issue a credit of note of JUST RS.525.IS IT FAIR TO TAKE THE MONEY OR I SHOULD FILE A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT.If so, then what is the procedure to file a case in bangalore?i need your guide
