Respected sir,
The mathematics exam conducted by the cbse for 12 was difficult. For the code 2 questions one question of three dimensional was tough and one 6 marks probability question was confusing as the the question was not clear. And for Code 1 and 3 one question was wrong. In additional to this there was question outside the NCERT text. As the students think the question will be asked from exercise but they had asked the worked out example also. The CBSE is so partial as the same paper for the delhi question paper was easy while for all india it was difficult. So may i kindly request you to look this thing very seriously and make the evaluation of the answer paper liberal. So sir please look into this mater seriously.

I Anirban Ghosh buied a new hero honda glamour on 06 Feb 2010 from Sainath Automobiles Inda,kharagpur(West Bengal).done the temporary registration from paschim midnapur R.T.O.(West Bengal) referred to R.T.A. RAYAGADA, Orissa for permanent registration.I took the paper and went to RTO Rayagada along with the bike, they said some procedure to be completed before registration of my bike.i went for the first servicing to AJIT MOTORS (Hero Honda showroom)in Rayagada. they said themselves that they will help me registering my bike.they have asked for 4250/- in demand for registering through there agent. I have done the same,took all the original papers along with the amount on 3rd march 2010.AJIT motors have asked me to come after 3 days(05.03.2010) to collect my RC book.on the fourth day(6.3.2010) they said it is not done and submitted the paper to the agent on 07.03.2010.when i meat the agent he asked for the fine of 350/- for delay of papers Because Agent Recieved the paper on 07.03.2010.AJIT motors refused to considered there fault that what would they do as they didnt knew the rules and i had to pay the fine amount of Rs 350 extra along with the registering fees.The fine amount of 350/- is not an big issue but their behaviour and neglighence cost me the extra amount..please help.i want the conclusion.

dear sir,
I was withdrawing money from my SBI account using my SBI atm card through ICICI atm machine.Before withdrawing money I checked the balance, it showed Rs.2386.00. Then I entered the card to withdrawl Rs1000.During this process machine was showing the message" your transection is being proceed" but it suddenly showed "NETWORK UNAVAILABLE".Neither money nor reciept came out of the machine. I checked the balance but it showed "network unavailable". But when I checked the balance from another bank atm machine(KVB) ,it showed Rs 1386.00.Even in the mini statement of SBI it is showing withdrawl of Rs.1000 but i did not get the money. Sir please look in this matter .Its very urgent.

I have a best friend who is studying MBA at KITS College, Warangal. He used to be busy with his part time job , i.e., Shares Business. He did not have the attendance. He applied for the MBA IIIrd Sem examination. The University issued Hall ticket. But, the KITS college management did not give the hall ticket to him as he is short of attendance. He had 5% attendance, so they said hall ticket will not be issued. The same college issued hall tickets to the students haviang 20% attendance. Is there any reservation of not issuing like this? He lost 5 exams already in IIIrd Semester, so he has to wait for one year. He is actually a Management Quota Student who paid around 1.6 lakh. With out issuing any letter or any notice on college notice board, how the college can take an action like this. It is so frustrating because, the college should have to sent a memo to the student and they should give pre-caution. And one more thing, to issue hall ticket the college management should show the attendance to the university. University will not issue hall tickets if the student has less than 60% of attendance. But, the university had issued hall ticket, but the college is showing this cause. As a result, my best friend lost one year in academics. Is there any provision to fight against this sensitive issue. The college, with its rules and regulations can take action. But, they are lacking the humanity that they are wasting one year life of a student. So in this regard, i request you help in the case.

lost my 10th class cbse marksheet
I have lost my cbse 10th marksheet. I have passed my 10th in the year 2005 from Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1Shahjahanpur,(U.P.).I dont know the procedure of getting them back. I am Harshita Sahu. I had joined NIIT (E-2 arera colony branch,BHOPAL)for the coarse of CORE JAVA+ADVANCE JAVA on February 2009. They took 10,000 rs from me as a fees. Since then they havenot even provided proper classes and its been over one year,they are not taking my certificate test(known as MT) for the coarse.
Whenever i ask them about it they make some or the other excuse and ask me to come on so n so dates. Its been more than 5 months.And the coarse duration was 6 months.

i applied for duplicate cartificate & marks sheet 12th class roll no. 6234776 pass in[protected] from patrachar vidyalaya timarpur new delhi.I deposited all document on Febuary 05 2010, with all the formalities duly attested by Deputy Director Patrachar Vidyalya & bank draft bank draft of 135/- from SBI but have not received my certificate , received the marks sheet on Febuary 13 2010.

Wait till the complete disconnection has happened before physically removing the data cable from the USB port.
Have good virus protection software installed on your computer.
Keep the driver CD safe, so that it can be used for reinstallation later, if required.
Handle the data cable with care.

I draw your kind attention towards excess transportation charges charged by private schools from their students forcly. why, becasue students have use the bus facility provided by the school only for 10 and 1/2 months during session year but they forced to pay 12 months transportation/ bus fees.why not the goverment official interfare to stop the charging of excess bus fee for the One and half month bus for which the facility not used by the children. I hope the Govt. Official do some thing in this matter.

im varunsangani, passed my 10th from harvard public school( cbse), hyderabad in 2003. i lost my certificate in 2009 and therefore applied for a duplicate certicate in prescribed format through registered post to board and so far not recieved any information about my application, its been 1 month and im not understanding what can be done now? can u pls help ?

i am now doing my engineering degree and my original date of birth and DOB in cbse 10th certificate are different ..i passed cbse 10th examination in 2004 and now i need to change my date of birth to original date..i heard that it can be done only within 2 years of passing 10th standard...what should i do now to change it...can anyone help me???please..

Hello sir,i m a resident of Mehrauli.
1) It has open drains all over,through which water and waste material(dirt) come out over the road.it makes very ill and disgust area.
2) Roads are damaged and are not in a proper way.It has holes and big cracks.
3) People throw waste and dirty things on the road and drains.
4) Due to very narrow roads,we usually face very huge traffic jams.
5) In Mehrauli TERMINAL,ROADS are always flooded with MUDDY WATER.
THE MOST IMPORTANT PROBLEM, WE ARE FACING IS THE OPEN DRAINS ALL OVER THE MEHRAULI WHICH MAKES IT VERY DIRTY.
Kindly take strict action against these problems as soon as possible.

Hello,

This complaint is regarding elevated manhole covers in one of the streets of F-Block of Kamla Nagar, Delhi 110007. 2-3 months back the manhole covers in our street were elevated to about 1 foot height because a new concrete road was supposed to be constructed. But from past 2-3 months road construction work has not started yet. These 1 foot high manhole cover has made driving in the street almost impossible and there is no space left for parking as well. Our street already in good condition, unnecessarily elevation of these man-hole covers is causing this havoc.
I would request the concerned authorities to take necessary steps to rectify the situation and please do touch things which are already functioning fine if you cannot complete repair or upgrade in time.

I had placed an Application for Permanent Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) on 4th of August 2009. I also received an acknowledgement from BlueDart courier service that the post has reached them two days later, i.e., on August 6th. Five months have gone by and the certificate has not been issued yet. The reason I am given was that my 10+2 Marksheet has been sent for verification to CBSE Board, Ajmer. In my recent communication with MCI, I understand that there has been some serious lapse from your side in spite of several reminders from the MCI, and neither did they get any update from you till now. Also, pls note that since year 2000 this is the 3rd time my documents have been sent across to you for verification and the same Marksheet was verified twice in the past. Therefore, I kindly request you to look into this matter and expedite the process to issue the Verification Report of my 10+2 Marksheet to the MCI. Dated today, the 11th of January 2010.

My aieee form status is unavailable in their website..nor was i given proper response whether my speed post consignment had reached or not.When I try calling up the aieee office no one picks up the phone..eslw they pick it up and keep the receiver down.
They proudly announce their helpline number but no one at the office is descent enough to pick up the phone

i am miss anjum khan raziullah, m the residence of jogeshwari, on 29th of december 2009 me and my mother we both were returning to home by auto riskshaw no.MO-7725.i had asked the rickshaw driver to stop the auto for 2mins as i want to buy something, he stop the auto and starts shouting on us, we have an argument on road for 10mins, then suddenly he rudely shouted us to get down from the auto,we get down from the auto and i warn him that i will complaint against him in RTO about his misbehaviour with the customer, he said go and complaint i dont afraid to them.lastly he start the auto and give bad words (gali MCBC n many more) and abuse us and went away..
