Chief Manager Central Bank Of India ATM Project Department Plot No. 26, Sector-11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai-400 614 Sub: Non-receiving amount Rs. 5000/ through ATM counter of Central Bank ATM. Dear Sir, I want to withdraw Rs 5000/- through ATM of Central Bank ATM, DRM Complex, Bilaspur C.G.) on 11.03.2011 at about 18.55 hrs. So I entered my ATM Card, entered password & amount of Rs. 5000/- but not received the amount or transaction slip, after than I try for next time withdraw amount of Rs 5000/- & this transaction was successful. . After than I enquired the account statement at Central Bank ATM counter DRM office Bilaspur (C.G.) on same day at 19.02 hrs than we found that the debit of Rs 5000/-+5000/- extra from my salary saving account & check your CC camera footage of transaction between 18.55 to 19.05. Therefore I request you to kindly issue necessary instruction to Branch Manager to debit the same amount in my account after investigation the case. Dear Sir,
With much regret, I am to inform you that on 2nd April, 2011, I was at Banki in Cuttack District (Odisha) and urgently required to withdraw an amount of Rs.5000/- from the SBI ATM Counter situated at Banki around 6.50 p.m. by using my above Debit Card. The transaction was a failure one and the receipts was provided to me with a remark “Unable to Process”. But, it is surprised to found that an amount of Rs.5000/- was wrongly debited from my account which is perhaps, due to failure in the SBI ATM Counter.
In the above facts & circumstances, I sincerely request kindly look into the matter and the above amount of Rs.5, 000/- which I have not drawn, kindly be credited to my account.
