Dear Ilango Jashua,

I was surprised when the RBI account officer informed me that TAX payment is compulsory and must be made before your funds is credited to your bank account. I did all i could, but i found out that your country is a tax paying country and so, the tax must be paid first by you.

They couldn't make deduction from your funds because of the Insurance policy covering it form UK.

I thought of possible ways to help you but the only way is to assist you with the traveling allowance given to me by my company. I have with me 800 POUNDS and when i converted to India Rupees, it amounted to about 52,000 INR.

When i subtracted this from the total TAX fee, i discovered you still have to arrange 72,300 inr. You have to do your best to pay 72,300 inr so that i pay 52,000 inr and let's get this transaction completed today.

You must promise to pay me back my 52,000 INR when i arrive your home after transaction completed.
