Myself Pradeep Agarwal, son of Mr. Kashmiri lal Agarwal and Mrs Shakuntala Agarwal, my phone number is [protected]. I have filed a health claim for reimbursement under Chola Ms for my mother, my policy number is ibl-gold-001972 and membership number is a408277a/b/c.
But there is no response from their side i gave all the hospital documents to one of their employ mr mantosh kumar ([protected]) even he is not picking up my call. I have called there call center several times they just say its under investigation. I have send emails to them regarding this but still no response.
Also when i went to the indusind bank those who have sold me the particular product say they cannot help, and they also refused to renew my policy saying that the plans have changed and it cannot be renewed.
Please help me and suggest me what to do, feeling helpless.

Car Insurance renewal — Non receipt of policy document/cover note
I have renewed Insurance policy for my Santro Xing TN-01-W-2859 today paying the premium amount of Rs. 2539 (old policy no.OG[protected]-00000839 expiring midnight of Aug 7 2009).I was told that an e-mail of the policy will be sent to me within half an hour of my payment which was at 1500 hrs on 7-8-09 and that a hard copy would be posted to the registered address. No cover note was issued.Till now I have not received any e-mail of the policy.I have already e-mailed the bajaj office regarding this at [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in and would like to register my complaint over shoddy customer service.The person who collected my premium amount is Mr. Manoj - cell no.[protected].I would hold Bajaj Allianz fully responsible if any issues arise due to this delay in issuing policy/cover note.Mrs Vijayaraghavan
