[Resolved]  Chroma — Extended Warranty

We got the LG refrigerator from Chroma,Bangalore(Star Bazaar).The shopkeeper coaxed us to buy an extended warranty for 2 years.After 1 year we faced a problem with our refrigerator.We kept calling the toll free number but inspite of repeated attempts,no one picked up the call.
Finally we called up Chroma (from where we purchased the refrigerator) They said that they would get back.Every time we called them they said they would get back.Finally one of the shopkeeper suggested that we call in LG service centre directly.The LG ppl were extremely prompt and got our fridge working again.But alas we had to pay for it from our pocket as Chroma's staff hadn't come for service.

What a waste of money ... how long could we wait for our fridge to get back to the working condition.
Chroma people are just making money out of this extended warranty stuff and we are the sufferers.

Even i have purchased a laptop from chroma Mumbai...had sum motherboard problem...they took 3 months and even after that its not workin properly...

Chroma — Irresponsible towards services

Hi

I buied a laptop from Chroma last weak at ssame time they offered me MTS data card along with that in a discounted rate. I buied the thing for my convience, at the same time i had given all the documents to them so that it will get stated. The Data card stated working after fewe minutes. I regarged it with Rs.999 so as for unlimited access to the net for onw month. But yesterday when i went back to my place i tried to connect the net but i was not able to. Then i somehow tried to call the customer care of MTS to resolve the problem, but the feedback which i got was they havn't got my documents so they disconected the thing.

Then i teried to call the Chroma office but no body picked up my call then i heared a recorded voice to call on office hours i.e., from 1100 to 2030. Then i called them today in there ofiice hours to resolve the problem they havn't helped me out with the thing they i need to come again to the Storre and then explain the things as the salesperson who look after to the MTS connection wasn't there.

Just because of there irresponssible behaviour i sufferd yesterday night & till the time it havn't got sorted.

Croma has extremely bad service. We bought a refrigerator with a guaranteed 5% cash back after a month since they had cash back tie up with MasterCard. But after 3 months, they credited only 2.3% cash back saying their policy have changed and if I have any query I should directly talk to MasterCard call center...!!??
This is such a careless behavior on their part and they are not at all ready to listen anything.

Annoying and complete customer dissatisfaction.

Chroma — Extremely Poor Service

Purchased LF washing machinefrom Chroma, Gurgaon. Chroma refused to delivere the machine on the same day even when the purchse was made in the first half of the day. Chroma confirmed that the delivery will be made between 11 AM to 5 PM next day. No delivery was made next day till 7 PM. Only number provided at the time of invoicing was not answered for more than 1 hour. At 8 PM when told that I nee a refund as Chroma's commitment on delivery had failed they agreed to deliver the machine by late evening. No delivery is made till 9:30 PM at the time of writing this. Chroma has lost a regular customer because of poor delivery commitments. A very shameful behaviour on the part of Chroma with no regrets on their part for missing a committment.SHAME ON CHROMA AND Mr. RATAN TATA..
