City Realcom — cheque bounced

I have invested in the City Realcom. I was supposed to get Rs. 5000/- p.m. But my first cheque dated 20th Aug. 2009 was returned I was told to re deposit the same on 5/09/2009. But that was also returned for the reason "PAYMENT STOPPED BY DRAWER". I was told on phone by the company that Central Audit was going on and hence the bank accounts were frozen. But now I hear and read of some problem with the company and its M D Mr Masood. Please help/ guide me.

city realcom — my first cheque of Aug. 2009 bounced

I have invested with the City Realcom in the first week of July 2009. I was supposed to get cheques of Rs. 5000/- p.m.. I received my first cheque dated 20th Aug., 2009, which was returned unpaid by the Bank for the reason "PAYMENT STOPPED BY DRAWER". On enquiry with the city realcom, I was told to re deposit the same cheque on 5th Sept., 2009. But to my dismay the cheque was again returned unpaid for the same reason. I was also told that some Audit was going on and the co's accounts were frozen. Later the news in papers and T.V. Please advise

I have invested my whole life earnings in city realcom along with my personal loan taken from different banks..now a days i am under pressure of loan repayment. pl help me out.

I am also the same situation please help us Mr Moosod. we are in very end stage due to your company closed. so please give at least our principle amount then only we can live. so live or die you have to decide thanks...

We have invest in City Realcom 8/9 months ago.We have received emulements regularly for last 7 months from City Realcom by pre delivered cheques. But from August 2009 cheques deposited for collection are returned from bank due to insufficient funds. Kindly co.operate us and give relief from company by making payments to us in good time.

city realcom — cheques Bounced

Hi I am shoba rani. I am investors in the City Limouzines Company. My Receipt No. 11324 & 19301. I have invested this much amount one lakh thirty one thousand one hundred ten rup. I have received only four cheques my fifth cheque was bounced. I am complaing that the city limouzines company has done fraud with us. No information has been given.
