Repeated sir, I bought club mahindra membership ten years ago. My club mahindra membership no. is[protected]. season white 1 bed room. In the name of 1) mr. indravadan amrutlal shah, 2) sachin indravadan shah. at staying in flat no. 7, mahavir darshan complex, 267, bhavani peth, pune 411042 I mr sachin i. shah son of mr. indravadan shah and write now i am stay in mumbai I bought this membership on jan-2002 at rs 1, 49, 000/- i paid full payment that time his sales person does not says about asf charges which are now 12, 000/- per year. this membership is valid upto jan-2034 which is total 33 years membership. Membership of rs that time i taken at rs, 1, 49, 000/- and its asf charges of rs 12, 000/- every yearly, and every year it asf charges are incese of rs, 2000,/- to 3, 000/- so on my total 33 years. approx years * asf charges which is 33 years * 12, 000/- asf p. a. = total asf charge rs. 3, 96, 000/- which is higher then the membership From last ten years any person doesn`t call us for payment of asf not send any conformation letter for the payment of this charges. Today when i want to book for holidays so i call in its pune branch on no. is[protected] to spock miss geeta O she said that your asf charges are pending of rs. 96, 997/- and my whole past holidays are also lepas I worte 3-4 mail to the [protected]@clubmahindra.com regarding my problem. on last mail i worte harshly about my problem on same day from chennai i received call on[protected] this no. a lady en sour that my problem solve within 3 days but still today its not solve. and i call on last saturday regarding of my problem status its still not done and every time says working on this problem. I have informed them within 10 days for cancelling the membership as required, but till date i have not received the amount. Called the several times but no accurate response and just delaying the activity by giving different dates for refund.
