Hey! Never Buy From Connect India! they are fraud . They asked for Rs 350 for mobile portability for idea. this portability failed and since 3 months i am trying to reach them for refund but they disconnect the call inbetween. i am and many more customers are fed up with them.

I was browsing the net when i saw connectindia.in . It seemed to be a quite interesting site which offers online plans of all telecom's but BEWARE THEY ARE FRAUD . I applied for an Idea Portablity from connectindia and it has been 3 Months I haven't switched to Idea because of them. They also took Rs 350 from me. I am having a bill regarding this. When I asked for a refund first of all theysaid i will receive the cheque within 15 day but till now I haven't received it. The Guy who called me were

Everytime they disconnect the call. Finally They agreed to fill the form again. i gave them all the required documents but still i have not got any portability done. I suggest you to NOT TO BUY FROM CONNECTINDIA ! THEY CHEAT PEOPLE ! Whenever i call them they start transferring call from one person to another and finally disconnect the call.They dont have manners! Theydont how to treat customers! One of the Connect India executive(Name : Naveen, Mobile: [protected]) Contacted me to convert my Reliance pre paid connection to post paid connection and he took Rs 250 Cash then offered me that the connection will be activated in two days ... but almost one week left ... now he is not even picking my call

I purchased a tata photon plus on 30 jan 2013 but has not been activated.
the guy arvind who came to deliver the card does not receive the phone, and the same happens with connectindia office.
I called up tata customer care who say application has not been received.
emailing them is also of no help as the only answer they have is that it shall be activated in 3 days.

The Guy name Sachin have gave me the device but without any bill and he said the connection will be activated within 24 hrs.But now its 6th day.When I try to contact number he is disconnecting my phone after recieving and also abusing on the phone.
I thik we need to take serious action against Connect India.They should be put behind bars.
