Credit Card — Non enrolement under PAS

I am gravely inconvenienced due to the response and action time of ICICI Bank's Credit Card department, especially because of the delay from your ICICI's employee Mr. Avinash Dubey (Debt Manager) who is pursuing the entire case.

I had received a letter ref # ICICIGUR/062009/001 dt.[protected] for PAS scheme and I was instructed to get in touch with Mr. Avinash Dubey (Debt Manager) who sits in Sec-14, Gurgaon branch.

When I contacted Mr. Avinash Dubey for opting for PAS scheme he told me to deposit the cash of Rs. 23, 070.00 as the upfront payment to enrol for PAS and I did so, he promised me that he will get the things done for me and in 2 days time I will get a call from ICICI call centre for the confirmation of my enrolment in PAS, which has never happened till date even after more than 100 telephonic reminders and an email reminder (refer the trailing message). To add to my worries Mr. Avinash Dubey has stopped answering my calls.

Further to my surprise when I contacted the call centre on[protected] and I was talking Mr. Mukesh I came to know that Mr. Avinash Dubey has never informed ICICI Bank for my enrolment in PAS scheme, whereas he was telling me that the delay was happening due to TECHNICAL PROBLEMS (does it really take ICICI Bank 40 days to act on technical problem) at ICICI bank's end. I just don't understand one simple thing that a customer is willing to pay the dues and you guys are not ready to take it and because of all this non-seriousness from Mr. Avinash Dubey your regular system is keep on charging me Finance Charges, late payment fee and other things. The worst thing is that my Savings account has been lien marked because of all this and my name is flashing in Bank's bad books.

I humbly request the concerned department's responsible officials to take an immediate action on this such that I can be saved from unnecessary hassles. And I would like to request one more thing that Bank should appoint people who can actually work with responsilbility not like Mr. Avinash Dubey.

Hope to get an answer this time from somebody from the concerned department because I am very much sure that Mr. Avinash Dubey is not going to respond to me.

Credit Card — Threate by inici bank recovery agent

HiI am truly agreed with the statments has mention above, same thing was happen wih me on 27th jul 09 recovery agent has called up and without informing me they send the person to my office said he is coming from Delhi police with the legal letter continously harressing me in daily basis by calling from diffrent diffrent number being a single girl staying alone they threat to me and also it will hamper my personal and professional image and life, thay said i had cheques bounces which i never did on card .this bank agents do not have manner o speak, am facing seviour financial crisis still they are threating me so on.

Credit Card — abolish the name from civil

Hi,
I am Sandeep Deb taken a HDFC VISA card few months before but after some conversation regarding Bajaj Allianze they charge the premium in my credit card. I was not interested for the policy and i didn't pay the permium.A few month back i went for a personal loan but that was rejected as they comment that the case was under the civil. I required a personal loan of Rs 80, 000.00 from HDFC urgently as i am having my salary account.On 28.07.09 at 4 pm I have settled the entire dues for the card.
Pl do the needful so that I can get the loan within 1st of august 09.

i have made a charge back on the transaction held on 4.4.09, i have made the charge back on 19.4.09 and i have given the necessary docs to the concern department, but still now i didnt get any result regarding with my complaint lodged.my card no:[protected]. so i do feel that sbi cards is one of the most worst cards i have been noticed.

Credit Card — not giving proper information

Respected sir,

I, mr.B.Ravindran had citi bank credit card, (# [protected]) which had some out standing, that was later converted to EMI for which i gave DEUTCHE BANK post dated cheques for ecs, but they did not present for ecs clearing which is not my fault, i tried calling customer care it says the card is closed hence we cannot proceed, even they did not call me for the payment collection, please let know the ecs date for further transactions.

I would like cancel my credit card no [protected] and also my add card no. [protected] named my wife seema agrawal also.
due to i dont wish to have any credit card as policy so please kindly do the needful and do the cancellation my both card & plz infromed me in my email address [protected]@yahoo.com that my both card canceled.

Credit Card — Credit card return

Hi,

I have applied for home loan and the banker saying that there is a control number on your name.
Control Number:- 39.94.37.997

I am having only 2 credit cards and using them promptly and maintaining proper repayment.
Apart from them i don't have any other credit cards and i don't have any credit card returns.

Can you please clarify about the control number and rectify this.

i am avail a car loan from your bank 2007 and i am paying my EMI regularly.
so you are offering me a credit card worth Rs.50000/- but i am not recive my credit card till date.
your credit collection devision regulerly calling me for paying card outstanding but not use my credit card becuse i am not recive any card and not recive any statement till date. why i am paying your cards outstanding. plz give sugastion as soon as possible.
otherwise i am going to consumer court in this metter.

Credit Card — Regarding Cheque pick up fee

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am sanjay here. regarding my credit card paymentfor my card number ending with 5176 ****3002, i got a call from one of your executive named Sheela from your ambatur branch.she called me and told me that she will send a person to pick up check from me for my above mentioned card. Then i told here that for check pick up you are charging Rs. 100/- so no need to send any body i will drop it in any icici bank ATM. Then she told me no Sir since we are calling from our ambatur branch the check will come to this branch so we will not charge any amount and you make it sure from me. then i called to the ICICI Bank customer care regarding this, they also said to me that no we will charge Rs 100/- as check pick up fee. This thing again i informed to Sheela but she did not convinced on my word and she told me that now sir believe me we will not charge any check pick up fee.So, after this assurance i gave checks to the person she send to my place for check pick up. but when i got my card statement for statement date 18/08/09 i was charged with Rs 100/- each for my check numbers 666027 and 666028.

So, if you could please look into this matter and let me know why this kind of wrong informations are given to me and then charged for the same.

A quick action towards this will be highly appreciated.

my credit card sent from banglore is at blue dart courier co at Jaipur since 27 Aug 09.my office add given as 01 Raj NCC BN, Ramniwas bagh Jaipur. I aqm posted at MP AND HAVE NOT CHANGED ADD as my faimily staying at Jaipur since 5 yrs and will continue to stay in the Army, therefore i have not changed my add and will not change due to frequent moves.my credit card, shipment sent from chennai with the co at jaipur since 27 Aug 09.My mob no [protected].co rep has spoken twice, I have spoken and waisted my time and money.got two sms from .I am staying in army area at Jaipur and given and explained all details to them and have got all possible docu for my identy. they say they can deliver at office only unless you pass instrs to them to deliver at home after varifying all details. Request pass instructions to them to hand over at my house add ai Jaipur camtt by 31 Aog 09 as I will be leaving for MP on 01 Sep 09.
