[Resolved]  Credit Card — status of credit card

Dear Sir

HDFC bank had issued a credit card to me free of cost a few years ago. Before i signed up for credit card the bank representative re assured me that there would be no charges.. However i never used the card and in the first month itself i received a cc bill asking for charges on credit card.

upon speaking to their customer care they asked me that i can tear the credit card and drop it in HDFC banks drop box if i dont want it. I did the same. I have an excellent track record against credit repayment till date. But may be HDFC had reported the CIBIL that i am in default. Now, where ever i am applying for credit cards, the report comes as negative. Please do let me know what can i do now.

Credit Card — CIBIL

I am Rajeev shukla DOB:02.11.1980. I have applied for credit card which was denied. I am thus suspecting problem in CIBIL report, though I am having good repayment track record. I have sent multiple requests to CIBIL to provide me with my credit report but they don't seem to be interested. Please help me, I am not getting any loans.

Credit Card — Defaulter

Hi,

My Name is Girish Jain and my date of Birth is 12th Oct 1979, When I applied for a Loan my Banker informed me that my name is in CIBIL and it is showing has defaulter. I had dispute with ICICI and Citi bank but later I have paid all my dues and still it is showing as defaulter.

How can I remove my name as defaulter and what step I have to do to remove my name.
