Raipur3/09/2012ToThe Chief ManagerICICI bank credit cardRaipur-ChhattisgarhRef: Regarding credit card no [protected].Sub: Harassment by ICICI Bank since last 6 years.Dear Sir,Without applying for any credit card your bank had issued us the credit card in the name of “Ritu Ohri” on May 16 2006. Iprocured loan from ICICI bank for my Honda city car in the year 2005 and the loan was paid successfully and I have alsoreceived good customer certificate from your end. I assumed that you must have issued Credit Card on that basis to me and inthe name of my wife.Rs 280/- auto debit return fee was imposed on above credit card on 29 th july 2006. We are not suppose to pay auto debitreturn fee and we don’t understand what auto debit return fee is. We have made complain to your customer care for the samein the year 2006 and since then we have stopped using the credit card and broke the card into two pieces and dropped in ICICIBank drop box. We have not used your card since july 2006 and your bank keep on sending us the statement by imposing latefee charges on Rs 280/-.We made complain many times but your bank did not listen and keep sending us sms , mail , phonecalls for making the payment which we were not suppose to pay. During this 6 years you have imposed interest on Rs 280/-and made the figure to five digit.On I st aug 2012 we received the call from ICICI Bank Mumbai. The name of the person was Megha Parekh and she calledfrom her mobile number [protected].She tried to abuse us and told that we have issued “ Non Bail able warrant” in the nameof Ritu Ohri. It seems your ICICI bank holds the power of Judge of Indian Judiciary and can take any body into the custody. Thisis the real example of harassment and my wife was very upset.We are going to take strict action against your bank and will go the court of law for the harassment made in our piece full life.Since last 6 years you have made our life hell and if we calculate on per day average basis for the last six years we are goingto impose the defame charges of Rs 4,38,000/-( 4.38 lac) on to your bank.Please take a note for the same and we are going to publish your conduct in India as well as International media.
