[Resolved] Croma — Damaged Product Delivered but replying complaint | |||
I had ordered a 'HUL Pureit" on 16-June-2013 & got delivery on 23rd June 2013. I found product was damaged. Complaint on Customer Support by phone on delivery date (23rd-June-2013) & sent mail about the same at [protected]@cromtaretail.com, with damaged product snaps. Still waiting for exchange. When ever I called to Customer Care, they just regrets for inconvenience and told me that your product will be picked up by tomorrow. But still I am waiting for exchange OR amount refund. Please if any one from cromaretail see this complain, try to sort our the problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
